Brian Power is a book which mimics the teachings of Napoleon Hill and Dr. Joseph Murphy in their fantastic books “Think and Grow Rich” and “Power of the Subconscious Mind.” However it goes beyond them in describing how the various subconscious, super conscious and ordinary unconscious mind works and why they work. It lists foods to eat and foods to avoid. There are lots of exercises listed as well. Some are the usual ones that are often told as ways to increase memory like doing crossword puzzles for example. But others are weird body positioning methods to access one brain hemisphere while in another.
Peripheral Vision exercise is described with exercises said to expand mental, emotional and spiritual awareness.

It lists the brain energizers as Vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6, B12, E, C, Zinc, Magnesium, Lecithin, Coenzyme Q10 and Ginseng. The Super chargers are Ginkgo Biloba, Phosphatidylserine (PS), Acetyl-L (ACL) and Alpha Lipoic Acid.

If you want to improve your life without the corresponding science and odd exercises you can skip this book and read “Power of the Subconscious Mind.” Otherwise it is an easily readable informative book.

A very intersting book. And heaven knows I could use all the help I can get in exercising that thing in my head called a brain. Had some great tools for memory, learning and all sorts of things. It's a read through kind of book, then keep it around and go back to the pages that you want to practice on. It's a keeper.

A nicely designed and simply and well-written book for those who would like to realise their full potential. Similar content to Laureli's previous book, "Neuro Intelligence" however some nice additions and packaged as a great gift for someone special.
