This book kept getting put on pause because of school. Finally finished it! This book was very informative and I really enjoyed the many different exercises. Now, I feel like I know my wonderful brain a little bit better! =)
Interesting book written in a simple fashion for young adults. It is a quick read that gives the young adult a few pointers on intelligence and a few theories to think about.

It talked about the effects things have on your brain, how your brain works, and how to increase its strength. I couldn't relate to anything in the book so I didn't really like it.
