As a kidney transplant recipient she's dedicated to raising awareness around the effects of kidney disease, dialysis, and transplant as well as educating people on living donation. When she's not writing you can catch her with her nose buried in a book.

This would have to be my favorite book in this series so far. First things first....THE AUTHOR USED HUNTERS SONG WANTED AND IT WAS THE CUTEST THING EVER I LOVE THAT SONG!!Anyway the story was good and I usually hate reading about weddings but this one was actually good and I felt myself tearing up. The fight scene was surprising and sad but the ending was predictable. I actually thought this was the last book so now that I know what I know I can't wait until the next installment. The only thing that irked me was Sophie's personality but she got more mature as the book went on which I'm glad about.

I just loved the book. But I hated the cliff hanger. I can't believe, and this will be a spoiler for those who have not read the book yet, but, I CAN'T BELIEVE CAEDEN AND SOPHIE ARE GOING TO HAVE A BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just can't wait for the 4th book.

Holy Shit! To start this review off with a wow! I read this book the day it was released and I finished it within 2-3 hours and did not feel the need to stop or take a break. Actually I felt the need to keep reading and find out what was going to happen next. I'm going to be honest and say that I was bawling when I read this book. Not going to go into too much details but why Micalea?! Of all the things it to be that... the ending though I have to say made me smile and start jumping up and down. Now I really want the 4th one to come out and I feel like I will biting my nails until Micalea updates something regarding that on her blog. Caeden and Sophie made a lot of progress in their relationship and the hardships that they went through, were tearing my heart up. The other characters were amazing in this book. Bentley and Chris were cute and disgusting at the same time but overall humorous. Charlotte and Bryce well Charlotte was her usual shy but cute self and well Bryce is well... Bryce. Logan I felt I made a bigger connection with him especially after what happened to him in Insider and what you find out about him. Logan I feel may have been my favorite character and the most misunderstood but still overall loved in the end. Travis is well, how do I say this? Oh... CRAZY!!!! That boy needs some serious help and just the stuff he does is a whole new curve ball with a twist of WHAT?! Now the book overall was well written and I never doubted Micalea's writing skills. She amazes me every time she writes something new. She makes me cry, smile, laugh, and just want to keep reading. The title FIGHTER had stayed true to its word and through OUTSIDER, you understand that Sophie felt that she didn't belong. In INSIDER, she made her connection with her shifter side and finally accepting who she is, and finally in FIGHTER we see Sophie make the choice to not be that small girl that never knew her past. She is the "she-wolf" that we know her as and she became the Alpha and the fighter that we wanted her to be from the beginning. So to finally end my review, I have to say this book blew me away and I have already read the book twice and I still cry, I still laugh, I still smile throughout the entire book. So here is my praise to Micalea, a wonderful writer and a wonderful person. Micalea, you remind me of Sophie and I know that your Caeden is waiting at the cupcake shop around the corner. SO GO GET HIM SHE-WOLF!

Fighter by Micalea Smeltzer is the third book of the Outsider Series. It was an amazing book which I finished in a day.

The book picks up at the very end of Insider when Caeden says that Travi's isnt dead..... Then in Fighter it goes on how Sophie is upset that Caeden didn't tell her.. Fighter has a lot of romance, surprises and action.

My favorite part was when Sophie give Caeden his last birthday present!!

Overall, this book was fabulous and Micalea has done it again!!!!

Cant wait to read the 4th and final book.

Where to begin. Well for starters I can say this book is amazing. So much has happened. Been Caeden and Sophia they went through so many disagreements and anger towards one another but at the end of the day they forgave each other. They had a wedding to plan in two weeks and they nailed it. Then they had to deal with Travis and his bullshit trying to figure out what he was up to. Then finding out he was kidnapping human and making the mutants so he could be their leader. I'm really sad about the ending of the book finding out that they are going to have a baby I didn't really expect it as being the surprised birthday present but I'm happy they at least have something good to look forward to.

Although I still liked this book......

It was drawn out, slow, like the author wanted to extend it but didn't know how. There were some errors but not to the point of distraction. I'm not sure if I want to continue reading this series. It's taking to long....... Making me not really care what happens to any of the characters. Bored I wanted to give it a 2 1/2 star review. I liked it but it was just ok.

Fighter is book 3 in the Outsider Series. I really enjoyed by re-read of Fighter and can't wait to continue with my re-read of the series. I love Caeden and Sophie.

Lovely romantic nesting plus action

Awww I enjoyed seeing Sophie + Caeden take it to the next level and start nesting together. There is the whole Travis/ Grimm thing going on as well, and both Caeden + Sophie settling into their Alpha roles. Good continuation of the story.
