Forever Yours is a journey about love and loss, two people from different walks of life united in unexpected circumstances.
Life for Tristan was never dull, his celebrity status giving him more than he could ever have imagined, but his fame came at a price. His life was played out in the spotlight every day, and no matter how idolised and wanted he was, he couldn’t help but feel the torment of his loneliness.
Stella was a no-fuss kind of girl. She liked her boring life, her predictable future. She prided herself on her simplicity—no complications, no promises, and definitely no relationships.
A chance encounter leaves Tristan and Stella questioning everything they once knew. Feelings Stella had buried long ago were now all too real, and she was faced with a decision, a decision that forces her to face the painful secrets of her past, the secrets that changed her life forever.
I think this book was very well written for the authors first time. I have usually noticed that some authors seem to be in a rush, so a lot of details are left out and the text just does not flow but I don't think this was the case here. I felt like I got enough information from what the author had written and it was a good story. I loved the names she picked out for the main characters. I did enjoy the idea of the book - the plot - 'cause it was not the usual "girl falls in love with a popstar, finds out he's a jerk and starts dating his manager" kind of thingy but from a new prospect.
I have so many reviews to catch up on! But I'm so happy I found this book about Stella & Tristan! Tristan is awesome and he sings/guitarist! He is a famous musician but this book touched on so much other things about learning to love again and let go of the past!
I would say its 4-4.5 read and great for a new author's first book!
This is an awesome book. it's a great read. I loved all the characters, the plot, the setting. all of it. I really like tristan and stella. they're such a cute couple. and ofcourse, Nicole Salmond is also an AMAZING author. I love Forever Yours. It's really a Five Star Rating. I love it.
A short story full of love that would make you stand up, jump up and down because of the chills it can give you. Amazing book, yet I think its the typical boy meets girl story. Still a good read!!
It was a beautiful story, although I did not like the narrative very much, it managed to entertain me and that I felt the pain and pain of Stella and the deep love of Tristan.
Wow another fabulous read by Nicole Salmond! Although it didn't quite have the same feel as Blackbird I felt it drew me in on an emotional level. I was sitting at work reading (can read if its quiet lol) and I was reading such an emotional scene that my supervisor sitting next to me asked what was wrong (I was tearing up!) had to tell my boss why & he looked at me & said "Ricci I've seen you tear up over a few books so I know this must be a really good book for you to tear up over!" & damn he was right! The story between Stella & Tristan felt like it was doomed from the, as a reader you could tell Stella had been through a difficult past and it's not till near the end you find out what happens. The way Tristan supported, cared & loved her really touched my heart. What I also loved about this was how Tristan was portrayed as a good and sweet guy, don't get me wrong he is but I loved how we were shown his "bad ass" side also (the club scene, Nate better watch out lol) But another great book! Really hoping there's another in the series. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Another 5 Stars well deserved! *****
I really enjoyed reading this book, the characters are so real and engaging. I noticed some reviewers commenting on the spelling and grammar but I must’ve read an updated version because I didn’t see those errors.
I really felt a kinship with Stella and was rooting for her and Tristan the whole book. This was the perfect novel to curl up with on the sofa after a long day, to leave my world behind, let my hair down and delve into the sweet relationship between these great characters. I would definitely recommend this book to hopeless romantics!
Loved this book! Made me cry at the end. What a great story for an author's first novel! I really enjoyed the plot, and i liked that it wasn't a story that dragged on like some other books i've read. Each scene it seemed was written with a purpose. One of my favourites for sure! Can't wait for her next one!
ugh...I'm so irritated at the characters! they are completely one dimensional and apparently, they are mistaking lust as love. Well, I lost my patience and left it after going about halfway through it.
