Very much enjoyed it except for the narrative. I can understand that some folks like business books with a narrative, but it’s not my thing.

Read again to solidify the concepts.

"The Banker's Code" is a book that has fundamentally changed my understanding of wealth.

It offers insights that are not taught in schools, as traditional education rarely covers how to become wealthy.

Instead, we must seek out this knowledge on our own, and this book serves as an excellent starting point.

The book introduces concepts and strategies used by some of the wealthiest families in the world, presenting them in an accessible and engaging manner.

For those new to personal finance, "The Banker's Code" is a great introductory resource.

To gain a more comprehensive understanding, it is best read alongside "The Wealthy Code," which complements and expands on the principles discussed.

Super basic

- Surface level knowledge on private lending.
- Doesn’t discuss in depth lender laws, Loan closing process, personal guaranties, first position liens or even laws that govern consumer laws.
- most of this book’s could have been conveyed in a 10 minute video; 100 pages too long.
- So-called “cash flow banking systems” are suspect in my opinion.
- this book didn’t really dive into the mechanics of how it’s structured (I may have missed this), which laws govern its uses, or which potholes to avoid when dealing with a service provider or suggested which ones provide it.

Intersting ideas. Not enough info.

While the book surely shakes your mind with possibilities it doesn't show exactly how to implement it step by step.

Great intro to private lending

Liked the story, wish there was a little more substance but I understand why there isn’t. Overall, well worth the read.

The book moves along quickly, but the writing is mediocre. The takeaways are only useful for the newest real estate investors.

Good Read

Good reading material. Had a lot of good concepts and challenged my current perspective. All in all there I was left with more questions than answers.

clear guide to how banks operate

This book, while not the most eloquent, is clear and forthright about how banks operate and make money. The advice may or may not be useful, but the explanation of our banking system and the parallel with individuals makes it worth the quick read.
