Relto is an archeologist who specializes in the history of ancient Sumerian race and also specializes in the history of the Indus Valley civilization. He is contacted by the American Embassy to be a part of an international team responsible for studying the origin of an object that has long been buried under the desert of Thar. The structure has been emitting a beacon signal which is very difficult to decrypt. The structure turns out to be an ancient starship. The discovery of the control room tells the scientist that the starship was orbiting the earth before crashing down.
