Great exploration of different techniques to use with coloured pencils. I learned some new techniques from this. Might not be the best if you’re a total beginner who wants lots of basic, detailed step by step projects that teach drawing to slowly build skill. It does have some exercises but many are more about exploring and experimenting with the techniques.

Interesting and wide ranging book on different colored pencil techniques in combination with different types of media. This is good if you want and introduction and ideas for a wide range of techniques.
