Ashburg, California; the city that’s split into rich and not rich, the upper class and the middle class, the snobs and the down-to-earth…that’s how the teenagers perceived it, anyway. And it all stemmed from two schools’ rivalries. The rivalry has grown now that there are a set of twins that go to Ashburg Arts and a set of twins that go to Ashburg Academy that don’t see eye to eye.
Reagan and Ronan Jacoby thought that their only problem was wondering if their cop father, Elijah would make it home from work every day. That is, when he wasn’t trying to keep them out of trouble. They didn’t think their father dating would complicate things even further.
Savannah and Mickayla Powers thought their only problem lied in the intense dislike they had of each other. They should be classified as fraternal twins rather than identical. The only thing they can agree on is that their mother, famous fashion designer Dallas, was acting strange.
The four girls’ lives are turned upside down when they realize that they have something in common, more than just their schools’ rivalry and their own problems. There’s a shocking secret that’s at play…do they have it in the cards to figure it out?

This book was a really fun read. Not only did it make me laugh in many places but I could relate to some of the characters. I like that the didn't take itself too seriously and the fact its semi-autobiographical and written by a set of quadruplets is what drew me to it. It kind of reminded me of Sweet Valley High in some areas and of course, like others have said, the Parent Trap. If you want to read a book that's just entertaining and fun then go for this one. I'm going to start the second one soon.
This book was written by some great friends of mine. It is a great book however I had to give it a 4 out of 5 stars simply because I'm not a fiction reader. The book was hard to put down because, knowing the authors, I was able to make connections between the characters and the authors real lives. If you are looking for a good book to read over the weekend or over a break, especially to take a break from what you normally read (in my case non fiction) this is a great book to choose!
Cute an quick read. Reminded me of parent trap x's 4 instead of two. The dynamics changed since their are to sets of twins. I also wondered how th girls could live in the same city an never meet until they were almost 16. Looks like we can expect a sequel.
