An unusual mystery with a very unusual vampire. This spooky short story really tickled my imagination. The lead character, Konrad, has become one of my favourite vampires. To me he is like one of those characters out of an old black and white Hollywood detective film...with the added bonus of being a vampire. Of course, the poor guy wasn't made like a Hollywood actor though. He's teased by his fellow detective for being a vampire. No, things aren't easy for Konrad...but fate finds a way to surprise those that least expect it.
