This is a quick read, well written, though too short. There is no "plot" of its own, to speak of, nor character development. It presents a snapshot of a possible future, where characters we meet and the background history we get show a future of mankind with cybernetic and biological "augmentations".

The story is simply a fragment of a cyberpunkish vision.
