In summary, a heartwarming story about a boy who gets discouraged by a genius who he meets in a dorm meant for students who get designated as 'troublemakers'. Throughout the story, he gets up and becomes successful in his own regards and accomplishes his objective. Now that I think of it, it follows a structure of a bildungsroman. Pretty cool, despite all the lewd imagery (and images), but I guess that's what it takes to write a light novel :p
Didn't watch the anime so I can't speak on that, however, I did read the manga - or atleast what was available of it via scan - I only managed to get my hands on vol 1-3 before it fell off completely & looked on blogs to get a gist of the ending.
Overall: It's alright. Wouldn't waste my time on the manga & I probably should've just watched the anime instead.
