'Astartes' is one of those books that made me question what exactly happened. For being a short read, a lot happens and at a fast rate. I thought the story was interesting. The characters are quite intriguing. Sammy is a kick ass lead. I didn't read the synopsis before I started so I'm not sure if this is part of a bigger story or if it's just a short read. Either way, I was left wanting more.
