What do you do when you love the most perfect girl in existence?
If you're Josh Harding, you back the heck off and let her great looking boyfriend have a decent shot at things, so you don't accidentally bug her. That's what you do. Even if it means being alone.
It's enough just to be friends, isn't it?
Especially when the other option is nothing at all.
But when a strange notebook shows up on Josh's locker everything in his life starts to slide sideways fast, leading to mystery, political intrigue, and most strangely, Amy Corbie.
Now if he wants to hold her world together, Josh will have to learn to become something very different than he's ever been before. Himself.
P.S. Power works in fiction, mainly focusing on Fantasy, Science Fiction and Horror genres, with brief forays into other things just to keep life interesting. He averages 1 to 2 books monthly and has several series going. He lives in an isolated cabin in the middle of nowhere, as a recluse, yet still manages to find time to talk to people online, in a positive and delightful manner. Not one of those creepy hermit types though, you understand. It's more of an isolated farm style thing. Or ranch really. He's also interested in three dimensional photography, and long moonlit walks on the beach, sometimes with vampires. When he can find time he also does writing and voice work for scripted online programs. Anyway, feel free to drop him a line. Or visit his forum: http://pspowerbooks.com/phpBBF/index.php
In chatting with Dale over the past few weeks, it was decided that he was interested in blogging to you, his readers. The blog he had within the main site was not going to be a viable solution and there were thoughts of just creating a Forum where only he could post and everyone else could reply. This MOD is a nice meeting of the two for what will hopefully be a highly successful blog!
Hoping this first (and only) post by me will kick off a nice method of interaction with Dale's readers!

Nice story, make no mistake this is an teenage drama book, not what we are used on TV (Thankfully) but still is all about a teenage boy and his grips with first love, family relations and human interactions. But giving it is from Mr. Powers it has an interesting twist. This is the first book of normal people from this author that I read no sci-fi element or fantasy. Just regular people with regular people situations. Al in all it is a distracting enough book to give it a fast read.
A story that starts simply then builds layers of interesting twists and turns. Covers a whole lot of issues in an intelligent way. Keeps moving well and holding attention to the end
