I have been telling stories for as long as I can remember.

What I remember most is the joy of telling a story, entertaining someone, conveying new knowledge.
I discovered this is the passion that drives me to write.

Like many people I have had a variety of jobs, events and life experiences, which have enriched and sometimes entangled my life. I use this crucible of experience to enhance and inspire my stories.

I hope you enjoy my first novel. There are many more to follow.

I really hate to do this but I think the author should know. I really liked the story and world building itself in the book, but the grammar and punctuation errors were so egregious that I couldn't get 20% through the book. The first thing I noticed was the substitution of single quotation marks for double quotation marks throughout. There were periods omitted. There was a misuse of commas or lack thereof, run on sentences, sentences without verbs associated with the noun, some sentences without a subject or verb, etc. As someone who had to proofread in one of my jobs, I found myself wanting to get out a red pen to mark up my Kindle. I'm not just picking on this particular author. This has been a serious issue with a lot of books I've read recently. There seems to be a lack of an editor on books these days. I want to encourage all authors to hire a competent proofreader to edit your books before publishing.

I was hooked on this book from the moment I turned to page two. The author is able to describe scenes wonderfully and keep you engaged thought out the entire book. I eagerly await to see what else comes from this new author. I would recommend this book to any one who likes action and adventure stories.

Very interesting read!

this book pretty much had it all! modern warfare, political drama, science fiction and all put together really well.

The characters are well described, to the point where you really feel for the main characters and root for them throughout!

Looking forward to your next book Simon :o)

This was an interesting book to read. It pulls in history ideas from various parts of the world and includes scenes in many locations. Some scene descriptions may be difficult to grasp at first but this is a grand story.

I loved the whole idea behind this story. Really fascinating. But I'm only giving it four stars because of the writing. The book is in dire need of an editor. Dire need!

It started off exciting, but some how became far fetched and then I struggled with it. I am glad I finished but it was just ok read for me.

Good Adventure Book

As a reader of five to seven books a week, this book fulfilled my hopes for plenty of action, interesting female and male characters and mysterious artifacts.
