Jazzie Ramos is at a crossroads in her life. Her best friend, Jess Sparks, the singer in the country band she plays fiddle for, has just gotten married and doesn't need her help anymore. Since Jazzie has always taken care of Jess, she really doesn't know what to do with herself now. Their band is making it, they even have a platinum record to their credit, so Jazzie wonders why she isn't happier about her newfound fame and fortune.
While attending a friend's wedding in Tahiti, Jazzie reconnects with Beau Bowman, a handsome Texas Ranger she'd met a year before in Bowie, Texas. She finds that she's still insanely attracted to the hotter than hell lawman, and Jazzie decides to rid herself of the albatross around her neck, her virginity, something her five overprotective brothers have guarded like pitbulls for twenty-eight years. It was time, and she figures Beau is more than man enough for the job.
Her time in paradise gets interrupted though, when she gets a frantic call from her mother telling her that her brother has gone missing in Dallas, and is in big trouble. Jazzie flies back home to comfort her mother and find her brother, but she knows she can't do it alone. She is going to need help, and again Beau Bowman seems to be the man for the job. Jazzie knows she can trust him to do his job and find her brother, but can she trust the jaded green-eyed lawman with her heart?
Beau Bowman had been there and done that with relationships, and he wasn't doing it again. His ex-fiancé had left a sour taste in his mouth that no amount of mouthwash or time was going to erase. She'd proven to him he just wasn't cut out for them.
Even though he wasn't looking for a relationship, when Beau spots Jazzie Ramos, the exotically beautiful and multi-talented Latina fiddler he'd fallen in lust with a year ago in Bowie, Texas, at a friend's wedding in Tahiti, he decides she is one woman he wouldn't mind getting to know better. He finally works up the nerve and ask her to dinner, and is thrilled when she accepts his invitation.
Things get heated on the tropical island and Beau is shocked, but too far gone, when he realizes she's a virgin! That was a relationship waiting to happen, in his book. Beau decides that the best thing he can do is run, not walk, away from her as fast as he can, until she gets a call from her mother, who tells her that her brother is missing and on the run from some very shady characters he'd been naively working for.
Beau Bowman suffers from an undeniable white knight complex. He knows it, but there isn't one damned thing he can do to avoid it. If there is a wrong, he feels an urge to right it, if someone is in trouble, he has to help them. That urge is what led him into law enforcement, instead of ranching, and it was the same urge that led him to hustle to Dallas to help Jazzie Ramos find her brother.
Even though Beau knows he is just asking for trouble getting involved, his urge to help the beautiful fiddler is as irresistible as the temptation to fall head over heels in love with her...something he swore he'd never do again.

Greetings..... well I was so happy to finally get the chance to read about Jazzy and Beau. When you are reading the other books in the series you know for sure something is going on between them but you have no idea what. I love this series. I love all the twists and turns. It is so amazing to see what direction they end up going next.
I was asked to read this by Becky McGraw and I was so honored to have the opportunity to have a little peek into this Texas Trouble. I love all the characters, They are so rich, vibrant, witty, smart, can't forget sexy, the emotional twists and turns and amazing and well are I think very true to real life.
I really hope there are a few more adventures in this series because after every book you can not wait until the next adventure.
I don't like to put spoilers in the review. I do not mind when people do I just prefer that people get the most out of the books like I have.
I need to point out that I find it very hard to find a series that you are waiting with excitement to see what is going to happen next and when you are reading you get lost in the books. Becky does this and so much more.
I HIGHLY recommend this series, I would recommend starting from book one and follow the series. There are some things that happen in other books that you do not need to know but helps the adventure with the characters.
Becky I really hope there is more to come in this series. You have amazing power of pen and well I enjoyed them all from the first hog tie to the amazing connection with jazzy and Beau.
I can not wait to see who's adventure into the love is it going to be ... there a few left .... Jazzy brothers, Craig ( I think) he is trying so hard to find someone to love .... I can not wait ... until next time
This one was great and kept me on the edge of my seat. I love how these cowboys can get so much more done than the authorities!
Jazzie & Beau just have this spark and its probably wrong, but I love that possessive streak he has. Jazzie is just hell bent on making him suffer.
And poor, poor Chase! Why does everyone want to use him to make other people jealous? He has feelings too!
Drama, suspense, jealousy, danger, hot sex and hot cowboys! This one has it all.
That being said, I don't want to read the next one because I do not like Jenny and don't want her to be with anyone especially not Chase! Yeah, I'm a little bitter about that and I'm judging her. I don't want to read it, but I know I probably will. Just can't help myself.
This was a great book. The story of Jazzie and Beau Bowman. Beau is a texas ranger trying to protect Jazzie and her family from harm. Her brother has some vital information on a major company that could put all the exec's in jail. There is a lot of action in this one as she gets caught and rescued and her brothers get caught. This is a good read
jazzi and beau another great story in the Texas trouble series there story was very good the love the characters show is very interesting to read about what faces everyday problems Lucy and hobbies story touch my heart as there cruelty by foctet care is the way the world is .. 5 stars all the way
The magnetism between these two sizzle through the previous instalments of the series and I like how their story played out. Crazy Jazzie and strong, brooding Beau are like oil and water but you can't help who you fall for!
Jazzie knows how to kixk fiddle and take names. I love that she knows her value and does not aettle wvwn though it hirts her heart to a tand firm. The suspense part of the atory was fantastic and the conclusion was wonderfully dramatic with hopefully more coming in the next installment. This series ia not new but absolutely worth reading. Bravo Becky I am loving it. Write on! Davia
"Asking For Trouble" (Texas Trouble Book 6) by Becky McGraw was a fantastic read. I loved Beau and Jazzie's story. This story had romance, passion, cowboys, law enforcement, family, friends, action, suspense, entertaining characters, humor, and more. This was a wonderful addition to this series. I'm looking forward to reading to see what happens next in this series. I highly recommend it to all fans of romance, law enforcement, family, and series.
This is the sixth book in the Texas Trouble series, and it was fantastic, one of my favorites so far. Beau Bowman is a hot, handsome, yet lovable Texas Ranger. So what if he doesn't know what love is. Jazzie Ramos is a sexy, spunky fiddler who has been attracted to Beau Bowman from the moment she met him. They are both in Tahiti, at a friends wedding when Jazzie gets the news that her brother is missing, she cuts her trip short and heads home to Dallas and her family. When the authorities realize that the entire family is in danger, Beau is placed in charge of protecting Jazzie, and that is no easy job. Hold on now, because there are definitely twist and turns in this one. Danger, suspense, drama, and romance, between one crazy fiddler and a hard headed Texas Ranger. Beau might be hard headed but Jazzie got me sideways by flirting with Chase, made me want to shake her hard and made me feel so sorry for him, he keeps falling for the wrong girl. But in true Becky McGraw fashion things all work out in the end and the next book in this series is about Chase, finally! If you love romance loaded with suspense, then I recommend that you read this series.
This is more than just a tale about Beau and Jazzie's love story. There is a lot of action and suspense in this book.
Beau has this issue with being able to commit or say he loves anyone. Jazzie comes from a close, loving family. Beau doesn't want to get closer, but he also doesn't want to let Jazz go. Beau shows time and time again how much he cares for others. He just can't seem to love himself.
Beau is there for Jazzie and her family when trouble comes calling. He also gets help from family and friends to protect them.
I love these books, because each one pulls in the characters from previous books. Since Jazzie's family was in this book, I wonder if they will become a spin-off to a new series or if there will be additional books for them in the TRouble series?
What another wonderful read from Becky loved Katie and Tommy though he was a dumba$$ sometimes and the way Katie was able to be the strongest cowgirl I’ve read about. Loved Dixie in this book she is so hilarious sometimes she cracks me up the way she is so stubborn just a typical 10 yr old. There is some much happens in all of this series this book is no exception it’s jam packed of trials and issues is the only way to describe it. Can’t wait to read more Form this series
Can you love without ever being told Can you let the music show you love Can you just love This book will show you all of this emotions of so many and The route they had to take in order to get there. You are never too young or two Old to learn what love is Becky McGraw shows you that in this book IT'S NEVER TI LATE TO LEARN HOW TO LOVE !!!!!!!!!!!!
This series keeps getting hotter. Jazzie and Beau are reunited at a friends wedding in Tahati and this time Beau is determined to get to know the Latin beauty. Excellent story, well written and full of fun this author never let's you down and keeps the trouble and surprises coming.
I have said this with each book I read and can't say it enough. The stories have adventure and problems but each one is laced with humor and lots of love and hot sex. Can't wait for the next one.
I cant get enough of this series.. Jazzie is beautiful and Beau can't get her out of his head... But there's one problem, Beau grew up with no love from his parents and has a hard time with commitment... Can Jazzie be the one to make his heart beat??
Love this series. Each one gets better and better. This one kept me on the edge of my seat with the trouble that Jazzie got into and anguish over Beau struggling to figure out how to let love in. The scene with him stepping up for Lucy and Robbie sure pulled my heart strings.
