I came across this book because the previous tenant of my flat left it when she moved. I picked it up because I thought a Christian's lens of C.J. Jung Analytical Psychology, a training program that Herman Riffel and his wife had subscribed to as a framework for their dream interpretation, could potentially be an engaging read. I was wrong. It started off with a mildly interesting reminder that God has spoken through visions and dreams with several examples from the Old Testament. However, the anecdotes were weak and the sample interpretations were too inconsistent that my enthusiasm eventually dampened. This is yet another reminder to stop reading books left by previous tenants.
