It is hard to rate this book on a scale from "I didn't like it" to "it was amazing." This book is a tool, and achieves its purpose sufficiently. That purpose is to consider the miraculous stories of the Bible, and more specifically the miracles of Jesus, within the wider literary context of other Greco-Roman and Jewish writings. I recommend it to any student of the miracles of Jesus.
