When Katherine Mueller wakes from her decades long alcoholic stupor she finds her husband, Ike--Senator Ike Mueller--has been arrested for soliciting an underaged prostitute. To save her grown children from finding out about Ike's unlawful predilections, and to keep Ike in office, Katherine blackmails, extorts and pays off all parties concerned in her husband's debacle.
But once he's out of trouble, and she returns to the bottle, Ike ends up really stepping in it, and dies while sodomizing a young banquet waitor. Will Katherine be able to survive the events her husband's death puts into motion.
Wicked Game is a politically incorrect crime dramady that merges gay and straight characters, story lines of murder, political back stabbing and blackmail. Littered with corrupt politicians, the filthy rich, strippers, hustlers and over their heads policemen, the story careens from California to Pittsburgh to Las Vegas.
