This book gave a great overview of what is needed to be an effective assistant to a teacher and or students. Many times you think or take for granted that people know what it menas to be "professional"- but when going out to school sites that is not the case for many assistants. The graphics/cartoons, charts, give great examples of what is expected adn will not be tolerated. Much of the information given in this book has been included in the presentations at teh school sites. This is a great book for administrators or people who oversee assistants at a school site.
