Stop the War

Rate this book
That our nation, or any nation, becomes involved in warfare should be totally inconceivable in an age where people allegedly think more and care more about their fellow human beings. This collection of thoughts covers not only Viet Nam, Korea, Japan, and Germany, but wars of a hundred, two hundred and a thousand years ago, and is best summed up by the ordinary foot soldier, who said, War is a waste of time and I'm tired. The photographs that accompany the test were taken by Anthony Goldschmidt on a single wither afternoon in a military cemetery.
