Though the book is a little dated, it is still highly relevant. There were a lot of paradigm shifters throughout the book, as well as some practical advice. It would be great to go through with a group and brings together career and church ministry so help readers look at their calling in a more general sense and consider different ways that God might lead them to "live" that calling.

This is a good book to read for anyone who is confused about what they think God is calling them to do — how He wants them to use their gifts and skills both vocationally and for His glory. This book provides a number of self-reflection exercises to discover what you feel God is calling you to be and do.
