Everyone has a habit that they hate but just can't seem to beat. Gossip. Complaining. Holding a grudge. Overindulging. This book gives readers both the tools and the confidence to change--for good.
A fine book by all means, but too heavy on the story side that drowns the content part of the book - and the content part of the book is not that great - it is a few tips, a few steps, a little good word from the bible, a little guidance etc. It may work if some of the stories hit home, or some of the advice falls close to your heart, but with so many topics and so little "meat" on each of them, it does not get that far with me.
This book is for anyone that is looking to rid themselves of things that hinder spiritual growth. Not necessarily a book on overcoming some addictions such as drug abuse.
