This collection of stories chronicles how our senior cat Au came whisker-close to death and then recovered - thanks in part to a new miracle drug that kills the FIV virus. As Au is usually a very cheerful cat, this collection also includes stories of how he rules us all with a velvet paw. There is also a section of general health tips for new cat owners. Ellen Whyte married her best friend and moved to the tropics where they are living their own Happily Ever After. She believes writing is not so much a passion as an obsession.
She writes sweet romance novels with strong women and very hunky men as Ellen Whyte, and twisted stories of love, mayhem, and murder as AJ Adams.
When she’s not writing, she’s cooking and gossiping with her friends. She is also personal maid to rescue cats Target, Guido and Swooner.
I bought this because I am a cat blogger and I love Katz Tales. The book is fun! The blog is very short but these stories are 1000 words each. You can see that Katz lives for her Au-meow, Target the fur brain and Guido - except Guido isn't in this book. Love it! And am putting the others on my To Buy list.
Not sure why this is called Miracle Cat. It's basically a short of how the owner had to outsmart a cat for five days to give him a pill. Cute but not really worth the ten minutes it took to read.
