Youssef Ezeddin Eassa, Egyptian eminent writer and zoology professor, PH.D Sheffield, England & Berkeley Fulbrighter. He is a classic modernist who mastered all forms of writings; Novel, short story, play, poetry, radio drama and articles. His writings are a wrold of his own; he excells at combining imagination, dreams, and fact where symbols become his language. He broke the traditional bounderies of the Arabic novel and gave it a magical touch especially after he wrote his novel, 'The Facade'; a masterpiece of modern art. Eassa lived in the city of Alexandria and continued to be a scientist and writer until his last days. Youssef Ezeddin Eassa was granted all the highest rewards of writing in his country amongst them are: The High National Award (received it twice), The distinguished Badge of Sciences and Arts of First degree (received it twice), The Republic Badge of Honour and the Knighthood Statue Award.

مجموعة قصصية مميزة ، الفوارق الزمنية بين القصص قد تصل إلي ما هو أكثر من ثلاثين عام ، لذلك لا أنصح بها لمحبي وحدة الموضوع في المجموعات القصصية ، القصص تتميز بإسقاطاتها المختلفة سواء علي المستوي الإنساني أو الاجتماعي أو السياسي ، القصص المباشرة أقل من أن تذكر ، ما أثار دهشتي حقا في هذه المجموعة هو أنني وجدت قصة قصيرة كتبت في الخمسينات تتشابه مع أحد الأفلام التي تم إنتاجها عام 2008
ألا يدل ذلك علي عبقرية هذا الكاتب المغبون حقه يوسف عز الدين
التقييم الأدق للمجموعة قد يكون أقل نجمة لكني آثرت التقييم بخمسة نجوم بسبب قصة يمكن أن نطلق عليها أن أثر الفراشة لا يري

فيها قصص غريبة جدا و قصص بسيطة و قصص مملة
معظم القصص مملة لحد التلت الاخير من الكتاب او الربع الاخير منه
بدأت القصص تكون احسن و ليها معنى

ممكن يكون سيناريست شاطر لكن كاتب للاسف بيكون اقل كثيراً ومنهم مع الاسف الاستاذ يوسف عيسى
