Mnemonics have long been used as a method of learning in medicine. Through repetition and association, as well as through revision mnemonics enables you to remember complex information through recalling simple phrases - making it an ideal method for learning in medicine and other complex sciences. "PasTest"'s "Mnemonic" range uses this technique to make revision simple and quick. All our mnemonics authors have used these phrases to help them revise for, and pass, those important exams. In "Mnemonics for MRCP", phrases are presented in subject chapters for targeted learning and expanded explanations are a revision tool in themselves. "PasTest"'s extensive medical list features titles for candidates of MRCP Part 1, Part 2, and PACES.
Various Mnemonics handily arranged according to the various body systems/internal medicine chapters ( e.g. Respiratory System , Rheumatology , Neurology ... etc. ) . Some of the mnemonics are very catchy and helpful , others not so much . As an added bonus the book includes some extra notes with additional information when required . Also , something I cannot personally judge right , now there's a sign beside each mnemonic denoting it's importance according to how frequent it is asked about in the MRCP exams .
