This informational book written I think for grades 2-5, is a great book if you need to do research on multiple parts of the Panama Canal. This book gives you facts on not only the Canal but also boats used to travel across it, the mechanics used to move the boats, and also possible animals that inhabit the Canal. This book I actually recommend for one of my moms students to use as a source for her research paper on the Panama Canal and she loves it to. It is not a boring informational book it is actually quite enjoyable to read.
