Heartless is the 5th book in the Blue Fire Saga. It continues the story of Leesa and Rave, along with Dominic and Cali and other favorite Blue Fire Saga characters. Heartless also introduces a new kind of supernatural enemy — xenorians. They are members of an ancient sect that believes all magic eventually turns to evil and so must be stamped out before that can happen. That’s definitely not good news for Leesa and her magical companions.

Heartless is filled with the same passion, suspense, supernatural danger and warm humor as the previous Blue Fire Saga books. Download yours now and enjoy this latest installment of this popular series.

A slightly slower installment to the Blue Fire Saga, but no less compelling in its entirety, we have the introduction of some new antagonists, the return of some of our favorite supporting cast, and slightly more steam between our hero and heroine, though very tastefully done and still appropriate for a younger audience.

Scott Prussing delivers again with a heartfelt Fantasy YA that captivates and a subtle Epilogue cliff-hanger that will leave you wanting more.

Prussing's prose is organic and in tune with characters of this age range, something that not a lot of adult authors can't pull off, and he delivers a third person omni POV that never feels head hoppy yet gives you a clear picture of everything going on around you as a reader.

I discovered the Blue Fire Saga years and years ago, and I never regret returning to it to see what Leesa, Rave, and the rest of the gang are up to.

So, the last two books had a lot of editing errors. Instances when a specific tense wasn’t decided so both words were left in type stuff. I feel like these are stories light- an introduction to the paranormal genre for young kids. Like 10 year olds. A third of the books past the first book are spent catching the reader up on what has previously happened. Not with a quick recap but actually the very same verbiage, whole paragraphs were cut and pasted into the next book. The story doesn’t get any deeper than the first book. I kept going thinking it was going to get better. My limit was five books. I won’t be finishing the rest of the series. The series is “fine”.

Heartless adventure

The trouble never ends for poor Leesa, as she travels this new works she has found herself in. The ending scene with the xanerans (spelling?) In this one was a great one. It shows you not only how far Leesa has come in her training, but also how all of her past experiences with the supernatural are finally coming together in helping her. Looking forward to the adventures and future troubles she and her friends will find themselves in.

I absolutely hated this book. I liked the story at first but i just couldnt put up with its English. It was so badly written that I just couldn't focus on the saga itself. I had to skip a lot of parts: repetion of the events the simplicity didn't give the reader a chance to interpret the events all the conclusions were layed out. the way it was told is simply awful. I am not even considering reading the 3 books left ... And I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Sorry Mr Prussing but you're book is disgusting no not just this one all of them and your writing sucks.
You wrote sthg to be consummated directly. I hate those kind of books they don't give the chance to think and interpret. ...
It would've been a great saga if it was written by someone else I guess.

I have love love loved this whole saga!!! It draws you in making you want more.
Through the whole process we have been able to watch Leesa grow as a woman and as a wizard. She might be a shy college student but, she's becoming a fierce wizard!!!!
Cali cracks me up as always!!! Jenna was amazing!!! I love me some volkaanes!!! Rave, Bain, Dral and Balin. I need me a volkaane boyfriend!!!! The relationship between Leesa and Rave is so sweet!!!!
There were ups and downs, twists and turn. Didn't see things coming. BSI...bureau of supernatural investigation. Love that. Leesa handled it very very well.
I can't say enough good things about this saga!!!! I need a 6th one and SOON!!!!!!

I Love Books Review of Heartless by Scott Prussing

Heartless is nothing but spectacular and nothing less than I expected from such a talented author like Scott Prussing. Each book in this series will have you longing for the next. The Blue Fire Saga is a great read for paranormal book lovers of all ages. I would recommend this book for my fifteen year old son as well to any adult reader. It is cleanly written both in language and sexual content which is hard to find even in books written for teens these days. The characters are each loveable and well written. So with all of that said I'm ready to go grab Restless the next book in this amazingly wonderful series.

Here we go again! Prussing just keeps cranking out these 5 star books! The entire saga is certainly worth the read! I loved it! You will find romance and passion, suspense and danger, humor and drama along with the traditional good vs evil aspect. This series leaves nothing out! I literally haven't been able to put them down! When I do have to stop for do something in real life that is all I can think about! Oh, if we could all have a Volkaane to carry us around (sigh)! Get the books, read them, and then just dream! Highly recommended!

This book was just as amazing as the last 4. It constantly kept you guessing what is going to happen. It does leave you off wondering what is going to happen in the next book for sure. One of my favorite parts is when Leesa and Rave stay at the cavern for a few days. They are like the perfect dream couple! I will def recommend this book!
