As a developer of ability tests used by a wide range of businesses and organisations I want to help people who take our tests perform at a level that reflects their true ability; unconstrained by nerves, unfamiliarity with testing or lack or practice. In my view, too many practice test books fail to prepare you fully for the test-taking experience. In this book I reveal the inner-workings of numerical tests and how they are used in order to help you perform your best.
The practice questions included in the book are the same as those you will see in a real numerical ability test (though not identical - we wouldn't want to give away the answers!). This book gives you the chance to complete practice questions that look and feel like real test questions - because they were developed in exactly the same way as real numerical tests by a real test developer.
As well as providing you with the opportunity to develop your skills through practice and feedback the book ensures you can deal with any other factors that might hold you back by revealing the winning test-taking strategies used by high test-scorers and providing insider information about how we build numerical tests, how they are used and how they are scored.

Tests are fairly easy, with some critical numerical reasoning tests being even easier than numerical reasoning. The practice questions were no where near as difficult or demanding as the ones I had to take by the company SHL. I would recommend it for some-one who hasn't any experience of numeracy tests.
