Rate this book
With the School Invention Fair coming up, Sam is determined to invent the best invention. First, he builds a robot that’ll clean the toilet (but it refuses). He tries a fart fan (but that just creates a mess at lunch). Will Sam come to the fair empty-handed, or will he create something great and win a prize?

Robots don't clean toilets is about a little boy named Sam Dibble who loves to doodle. The book is filled with twelve chapters. Each chapter is filled with Sam's doodles about what he is learning or talking about. this book would be perfect for an interactive rad aloud working with inferences.

I am always looking for books and series that will appeal to my reluctant boy readers. This book as doodles and enough white space to be friendly, and is filled with the types of humor, problems and word plays that appeal to 8 and 9 year old boys.
