Toot is a little red train who wishes he were as big and strong and fast as the other trains in the railroad yard. Try as he might, he's never able look as mighty, pull as much, or go as fast as all the others. But when there's trouble on the track, Toot learns that sometimes being small and slow and steady is just what's needed. A great read-aloud book for bedtime or anytime.

This board book is typical fair. It’s about a choo-choo train on the tracks and other people need to get by and things need to get done. Tt’s very much about the wording and the word sounds like choo-choo, tuk-tuk, etc. This book was fine, but it has no lasting appeal. Within 20 years you won’t be able to find copies.
I read this a couple weeks ago, and couldn't find it on GR, since I forgot the author's name. But, here we go. ------------ Toot! is a little red train that wants to hang out with the big trains. But, they don't want him to...that is, until there's a big problem, and little Toot! saves the day.
