I have never not finished a book in a series until now! This series was somewhat hard to follow, at times, up to now, but this book was horrid and took too much effort to figure out who was narrating which chapters. A reader should not have to mentally work so hard to keep up with the storyline, like I did on this series, when it's meant to be a 'light and fun' read. Also, the story line strayed too far from the Zoey-Roman storyline, which is what kept me going with this series, and became more political than I was comfortable with.

I read this book because I really enjoyed the other Cozy Cash Mysteries, but this should have stayed out of politics. It left me pretty disgusted with the author, and tainted the story. As a result I will not finish Stuck with a Spell or waste anymore money on these novels.
