Theodore Roosevelt Urged Americans to “Speak Softly and Carry a Big Stick” at the opening of the Minnesota State Fair in September 1901. The world tour of America's navy was not an act of diplomacy to me as much as it was a demonstration of our 'BIG STICK'. Interesting read. Kristi & Abby Tabby Childless Cat Lady
