Jumping off a plane is one thing, but being forced to do so amid a plane crash is something no one puts on their bucket list. After surviving a plane crash in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, FBI agent Olivia Knight and a group of survivors are washed ashore onto a desolate island. An island harboring more danger than any of them could have ever imagined.
As they set foot on the sandy shores, Olivia and Brock discover a chilling truth. A masked figure known as the Game Master has brought all the survivors there for the purpose of his twisted games. Games where the unwitting contestants must fight for their lives. Forced to play the fatal games with possible enemies hiding at every turn, Olivia and Brock must rely on one another more than ever before.
What is the true identity of the Game Master and what is the purpose of these games? With mysteries at every turn and answers fleeting, there is only one thing certain. On this forsaken island everyone is a pawn, and there’s only one way off it...
Elle Gray lives in a small town with her 2 cats, and her handsome husky. As a girl, she was obsessed with crime novels and thrillers.
Today, she loves writing and creating thrilling novels with courageous, strong heroes/heroines and dangerous psychopaths. She invites you to join her exciting world of detectives and FBI agents that take down killers and kick butt.
Very disappointing for this series. Not really liking the Olivia Knight character any longer. Y'all have made her character so unlikable in these last few books. Your overboard with her always having to save the day. I've think I've said it previously on another book in this series but this was probably my last book from this author. I figured early on that they was going to be betrayed from either Yara or Henry. Too predictable and not well written
Nothing against the author or anything but it confused me so much since I had actually read another series with a Gamemaster. So it kinda felt to familiar but not. Plus I am not a fan of a Hunger Games type storyline. The original was fine but I just have a hard time getting by others. However, this is so well written and the characters are so thought out it’s remarkable. This series really is movie worthy. Or at least limited series on the screen. They are incredible writers with perfect imagination.
I did enjoy this book, although at first it seemed like a copycat of the series Lost. Olivia & Brock are forced to take a plane to an unknown island in order to save several stranded people. Of course, the plane immediately crashes as they arrive, & soon find out in order to survive they all have to complete challenges. Sounds like Survivor on a reality show, but they are fighting for their lives. It's definitely an interesting read.
I am sorry, but I wasn't a fan of this book. I realize Olivia is the main character in the book, but Brock is made to look like a helpless sidekick. Olivia saves EVERYTHING and EVERYBODY! I tell myself that I won't read her series again, but then I find myself trying the next book. Maybe this was my last attempt.
Fatal Games(Olivia Knight FBI Mystery Thriller Book 10)
OMG!!!!!!!!!!! This book was very intense and scary. Crazy is another word to describe it. Olivia and Brock are lucky to be alive and now they have to chase the GameMaster again. They are very lucky they got as many people off the island as they did, but many died just to entertain the filthy rich.
What can I say that will cause you to read Fatal Games? What an intense, roller coaster ride this book is. I couldn’t stop reading. I even forgot to eat. The book is so intense. It’s action packed. There are so many twists & turns that your mind is spinning. Who? What , When? Where? Why?
This book would have gotten 10 stars if not for using God’s name in vain. Come on authors it doesn’t make the book better. It was a fast paced book with so many suspense that had my heart racing. A great story line with great characters that made you feel like friends. The ending was quite surprising with an interesting twist.
I had to keep reading so I would know how everything was going to turn out for everyone who was on the island. I found the story interesting and the individuals who created their own story on how they reacted to what was happening. Looking forward to reading the next book.
I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. There is a level of perception that I feel like I’m actually Olivia in the book. The twists in the story I could not of predicted but they were so good. This is a two part book within the series can’t wait to read the next one!
I am a book junkie. Have read just about everything Gray has written. Don’t get me wrong. It’s a good book, it’s a relatively light read. But it’s also very anti-climatic and the characters as they have been throughout the entire series are predictable and really lack a depth of character.
Well I was a bit disappointed as it’s becoming the norm that Olivia is the save the day knight and Brock is her (yawn) partner that she really loves and wants him to stay with her as he will but the books are getting to be all kind of the same. I mean what FBI agent wins every time! Good read but predictable.
OMG. This book is so exciting that I could not put this book down. This is a great thriller. Loved it. Please keep on writing this series. I can't wait for more. I highly recommend this book and series.
A very different thriller played out entirely on a small, unpopulated island the a very limited cast. Olivia and Brock are pushed to their limits and the surprises are epic. Now, is it over?
This was totally out of left field from the usual stories that Olivia and Brock get into. Very entertaining and different in so many ways. Look forward to the next adventure.
Of all the books in this series, this is the weakest. Olivia seemed her usual self, even though she was made out to be the strongest. Brock was shown as a very weak character, always afraid, not contributing much to the group. Where was their tsamwork? Disappointed me.
This was a scary story!!! Too much emotional turmoil. I just wish Brock could be the strong character in one of your books. Can't wait for them to take go these two. Terrible women down!!!
This book reminded me of the TV show LOST from years ago. It was predictable and sloppy. And very very annoying to think that the reader is supposed to buy into any of this story. Don't bother reading it.
Elle Gray writes great suspense books. Olivia Knight's 10th book was a nail biter book. Many twists and turns. It was nice seeing Henry again. Loved Rose and Melody characters. I hope they will show up again. Looking forward to book #11.
I really don't know how Elle and K.S. Gray keep coming up with these amazing stories. An island turning into a real life survivor! But there's no voting you off this island the only way off is death....
Plot is on the far-fetched side. Some horrible things happen to innocuous characters (maybe I’m becoming over sensitive in my old age but some events seemed gratuitous in this installment).
Wow what a mystery! Things went from good to bad, to horrible and all around. This one really had me guessing. I really enjoyed this book and this series is absolutely excellent! I can't wait to see what happens next.
This is by far one of the most interesting books for Olivia and Brock. Totally out of the box, very different from most of Elle Gray books. It was very good, interesting and held my attention. I was blown away by the plot twist but look forward to Elle Gray's next release!
I had to skim/skip multiples pages. I know you need to leave reality behind when diving into fiction but the plot of this one beggars belief. The Olivia worship is OTT and the plot holes are huge. Very disappointing
I've read all the books in this series, and this was my least favorite. The plot is a little too far-fetched for me. It's still a great series, just not a favorite book in this series.
This was a different type story and both Olivia and Brock were in danger the whole time. I can’t imagine people watching live streaming of something like this. Olivia and Brock are they have to go to a survival type game or else everyone on the island will be killed and the killing is for real.
I enjoyed this book very much. I like how it connected the character from the previous book. Not sure why the last two books are downplaying Brock’s investigative abilities? Hope this isn’t the trend in future books of this series.
WOW WOW WOW!!! This book has it all, and I LOVED it! What a great read!
Olivia and Brock are really bringing it all out now, and there are so many things that can go wrong with this case. How many can they keep alive, and will they be able to trust each other?
Great read you can't put down. Really some great characters in this mystery. Hard to keep up. Wanting to get to the end of the story allows you to process what the authors are trying to keep you involved. Nice way to throw us into the next book.
This was a book that was mind thinking with Olivia and Brock put to the test and a end you didn’t see coming with Brock’s friend. There was lots of suspense and drama and well written. Thank you.
