Always an adventurer in life as well as writing, New York Times best-selling author Cherry Adair moved halfway across the globe from Cape Town, South Africa to the United States in her early years to become a interior designer. Now a resident of the Pacific Northwest she shares the award- winning adventures of her fictional T-FLAC counter terrorism operatives with her readers.

Cherry settled in beautiful San Francisco, where she started what eventually became a thriving interior design business. "I loved being a designer because it was varied and creative, and I enjoyed working with the public." A voracious reader when she was able to carve out the time, Cherry found her brain crowded with characters and stories of her own. "Eventually," she says, "the stories demanded to be told."

When asked why she chooses to write romantic action adventure, she says, "Who says you can’t have adventure and a great love life? Of course if you’re talking about an adventurous love life, that’s another thing altogether. I write romantic suspense coupled heart-pounding adventure because I like to entertain, and nothing keeps readers happier than a rollercoaster read, followed by a happy ending."

Popular on the workshop circuit, Cherry gives lively classes on writing and the writing life. Pulling no punches when asked how to become a published writer, Cherry insists, "Sit your butt in the chair and write. There's no magic to it. Writing is hard work. It isn't for sissies or whiners."

Cherry loves to spend time at home. A corner desk keeps her focused on writing, but the windows behind her, with a panoramic view of the front gardens, are always calling her to come outside and play. Her office has nine-foot ceilings, a fireplace, a television and built-in bookcases that will house approximately 3,500 paperback books.

"What can I say? My keeper shelf has been breeding in the middle of the night, rather like drycleaners' wire clothes hangers.”

This one was a great adventure filled with action from the beginning and it only gets better right to the end. I greatly enjoyed my trip away from the real world and into the world of super spies and deadly baddies. Rafael and Honey were two totally different people whose romance should have never worked, but it did, very hotly.

When the Spanish Stallion and the Ice Princess meet up on an op, sparks fly. Individually their reputations around T-FLAC are legendary and together they are writing new history. Someone is blowing up banks around the world and bomb specialist Rafael Navarro and computer specialist Honey Winston are determined to track them down and stop them.

While trying to determine who is behind the bombings our duo is faced with that old Sherlock Holmes saying: ‘…when you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.’ And the improbable is indeed the truth, as Rafael and Honey find out.

Cherry Adair makes a triumphant return to a popular long running series with Ice Cold, a romantic suspense she self published. Ice Cold brings readers back to the roots of the T-FLAC agency and gives them a pulse pounding thrill ride that is sure to please black ops lovers everywhere. It’s dark, it’s gritty and Ice Cold pulls no punches.

Honey is an operative that is known for her icy exterior. No one can get close to her and she appears to care more about her computers then she does about the human beings she works with everyday. Trained by the best, no one cracks her shell. Until Rafael Navarro takes her to the floor in a fight that neither of them was prepared for while a co-worker lays dead not 10 feet away. With the evidence stacking up against Honey by her doppelganger, her and Navarro must work together to clear her name and uncover a plot intent on destroying everyone around them.

Black ops books are tricky for me. There has to be a balance between the military/action/ covert operations and the romance in the story. I find that too much of the spy stuff and my attention starts to wane pretty quickly. I crave the romance, which is of course why I’m reading the book to begin with. Ice Cold did get a bit slow in parts. Cherry Adair pays such attention to detail that it can be tedious at times. Almost overwhelming because the tactical terms used are ones you may not know the meaning to and so you have to stop and look things up or re-read sections to understand the grand scope of what she’s trying to tell you. So in that respect I was lost quite often. Other readers will revel in that detail and have no problems understanding the meanings, especially those that read black ops characters often. However, in the romance dept, she’s spot on! Honey and Navarro are a couple that is not to be messed with. Both super spies they were on an equal playing field and spent the majority of the book either bouncing ideas off each other or bouncing on a bed lol. Honey was an excellent heroine because she was the embodiment of a strong, capable woman. I enjoyed her many dimensions and her obvious love for the man who raised her after her parents died. Her protective instinct of those close to her and her ability to think under stress were also good qualities.

The protective instinct in Navarro wasn’t just present it overrode him in any instance that added Honey to the equation. Together these two were extremely hot as each worked through their pasts and how it had shaped them into the people they were today. I enjoyed not only that but the intrigue that surrounded everyone they worked with and how those trusted closed ranks and formulated intricate plans to take down the baddies. Navarro’s bomb knowledge was very extensive and it added to the air of thrill throughout the novel.

Overall I think Ice Cold hits the mark and is very enjoyable! Sub genre lovers are sure to agree! Ice Cold is a page turner you need to experience!

I give Ice Cold by Cherry Adair 3.75 stars!

WELCOME BACK T-FLAC!!!! You were sorely missed!!! And boy, WHAT A WELCOME!!!

Rafael Navarro aka The Spanish Stallion (OH BABY!!! Yes... i can definitely see why... YUMMY!!!) and Honey Winston aka "Tight-Ass with a Tight Sexy Ass" <--- Rafe's words NOT mine :)

*SIGH* i LOVED EVERYTHING about this story; the tight story line, the killer suspense and the SMOKING HOT SEX SCENES *YOWZA*!!!!

But i think what i loved MOST of all was watching/reading Rafe tear through Honey's defences and Honey FINALLY giving in and admitting how much Rafe meant to her... *LE SIGH* (of course the story line is MORE than that, the suspense part is seriously AWESOME... but y'all know me... i'm such a sucker for the romance, almost everything else tends to fly over the top of my head when i write my reviews...)

And the ending was just... so... SWEET... *sniff sniff*. BRILLIANT!! JUST BLOODY BRILLIANT I TELL 'YA!!! WELL DESERVING OF MORE THAN 5 STARS!!!

Thanks to the author, Cherry Adair, and NetGalley for the opportunity to read this early!

Ms. Adair always creates exceptional back stories. She seems to put a lot of thought into her carefully designed characters ensuring the reader receives only the necessary insight into the backgrounds, without overwhelming the reader. Given the personalities of these two characters it seemed that they were an unlikely couple; but leave it to her to make them seem prefect for each other.

Two T-FLAC operatives, Honey and Rafael, must combine their skills to apprehend an international serial bomber determined to destroy the world’s financial infrastructure.

Honey Winston, a cybercrimes specialist, prefers to spend her night's at the keyboard hunting down cyber criminals. The best and most satisfying relationship she has ever had was with her computer equipment; it is everything a person is not. Struggling to come to terms with her mentor turning traitor left her questioning, on a fundamental level, who she can trust and if she will ever be able to regain her sense of stability.

Rafael Navarro, a bomb expert, is also dealing with a profound loss, and extreme guilt that have left him closed off emotionally. Prefect example of a true alpha male; known for both his legendary bedroom skills and his dexterity defusing bombs - (panty & bomb whisper). His dangerous life leaves no room for a relationship that last longer than an orgasm.

However, this mission requires an expert with cyber-geek skills, and he only works with the best - with no other choice he forms a partnership with Honey. As they grow reluctantly closer, their romance does not in any way take away from the action or the almost palpable suspense, and the reverse is also true. Authors often overdevelop one aspect while other languish undeveloped. A rarity among this genre, the story is well-balanced with equal parts action, suspense and romance. That is not the case as a seasoned writer she can handle everything from explosions, to passionate love scenes and intensely emotional conversations.

Individuals that have not yet read the T-FLAC series are missing the opportunity to experience an enjoyable series. For those loyal T-FLAC fans, this installment will not disappoint. This is an exceptionally well-written book that has made the wait worth it.

Disclosure: Netgalley provided this e-book free of charge for the sole purpose of an honest review. All thoughts, comments, and ratings are my own.

I usually like the T-FLAC series, but not this e-book. A waste of money. Costs more than similar books and the ebook is out of control with zillions of typos! I finally grew annoyed enough to start noting the page -- more than 50 when I stopped counting.

How could it be so bad? Frankly, I felt taken and grew pitzed off. Maybe the kindle version is worse than paperback. For one thing, the paragraph formatting went askew in one section. No indenting.

As for the story itself, I usually like T-FLAC heroines, but I didn't like Honey until the end. She was arrogant and stupid. She kept doing things an operative wouldn't do. Believing things only a twit would believe. TSTL and naive.

Nor did I buy the love between Rafael and Holly. It came on too fast, and was all about her beautiful, beautiful, so beautiful face. We're repeatedly reminded of Holly's beauty (and Rafael's awareness of it). A poor substitute for true intimacy and relationship development.

Rafael is likable and luscious, but as an agent he acted like a fool. He ignored all the warning signs and trusted Holly no matter what.

I liked the old guy, Honey's "he's not a butler" houseman. Also, I liked the final fight scenes. The ending was good.

However, the book included several implausible plot contortions. Contrived, often to set up a smexy encounter. For example, Rafael decides to walk several miles back to their lodging, after midnight, in the winter, alone and vulnerable, even though taxis are available. Contrived and illogical. I saw what was coming from a mile away...

By the way, this has no bearing on my rating, but what's with the cover? Everybody's doing eyeballs these days on RS / spy thrillers. Yucky.

T-FLAC Operatives, beautiful insanely rich, Honey Winston (Ice Princess) and ruggedly handsome Rafael Navarro (the Spanish Stallion) are paired together on an assignment. Bombs obliterate several European banks leaving holes in the ground where the banks were and the locked vaults intact.

Honey Winston is a Cybertech computer specialist. When someone kills her boss, Honey is best in the world. The night he is to pick Navarro up at the airport someone pretending to be Honey kills him. This leaves Honey to go on the assignment with Navarro. He is the Bomb Whisperer, because of his ability to find and disarm bombs, which no one else can do.

While on assignment, an ex-operative known as Black Rose, betrays them and tries to set up Honey, whom she had trained. Catherine turns rogue and is arrested years before and imprisoned, but miraculously escapes.

This book captivates its reader, is an easy read, and one that the reader will not want to put down until finished. I would recommend this book to anyone that enjoys a great spy story, with a will they capture the terrorist before they can destroy T-FLAC HQ and Honey’s home/compound which houses a backup to the backup of all of T-FLAC operatives data from all over the world. If the Black Rose terrorist group is successful in breaking the code to Honey’s backup system, every T-FLAC operative will be in danger.

Ms. Cherry Adair has written a wonderfully intriguing suspense filled spy novel that is a must read, can’t put down book. She knows her characters well and uses all of them from Honey and Rafael to all the other operatives. They all contributed to the story line and helped carry it along.

I had never read any Cherry Adair books and find that I am now hooked! I couldn't put this book down. Now I can't wait to go back and read the earlier books in her T-FLAC series.

When bomb expert, Rafael Navarro, first meets cyber specialist, Honey Winston sparks fly and it's not just because they are fighting in the dark and pretty well matched! As Rafael and Honey race to stop a group of terrorists from destroying the world's banking community, they find themselves falling for each other. In the midst of their race to track down the terrorists responsible, they realize that this goes further than the banking community and is aimed at T-FLAC itself.

I loved the interaction between Rafael and Honey. Honey doesn't want to let anyone in because of her past and Rafael just won't take no for an answer. As the intrigue around them deepens and they see that Honey is being set up, Rafael becomes very protective of her. He doesn't want to see her in any dangerous situation, even though that is the business that they are in.

Oh My! Sizzling hot tension! Non-stop action! Larger than life heroes!

T-FLAC operative Rafael Navarro and cybercrimes specialist Honey Winston are thrown together to stop bombings around the world that are threatening to cripple the largest financial institutions, as well as the entire global financial infrastructure.

Rafael, famous for being a hot ladies' man and Honey, who is known as the ice queen start out reacting to each other like oil and water...but these bombings need the best black ops can offer, so they must learn to get along and play nice. Trust me, they learn well! The tension between these two is off the charts! Each is afraid to be hurt, neither wants anyone else hurt, neither knows if they really have anything to give, long term.

Can they stop the bombers? What else is going on? Who is trying to set Honey up for a huge fall? Why? Can these two survive? Do they have a future?

I think Rafael and Honey are quite possibly my favorite T-FLAC operatives EVER! Both are strong, independent survivors. Both can be prickly, teasing, and overbearing. Both know pain. Both seem almost completely fearless and hugely intelligent! LOVED. THIS. BOOK.

I just didn't like this one. DNFing at 50%. Romance is flat - no chemistry. Hero constantly thinks how 'icy' and hard heroine is but I just don't see that side of her.

Too much action...just not a fun T-Flac like I've read in the past.

Only in the 21st century do you get action-adventure by mixing a cyber-geek with a bomb expert. Last century it used to just be fists, knives and guns. Not that there weren't plenty of those involved in Cherry Adair's Ice Cold. And the action, between the sheets (when there were any sheets) and otherwise, was anything but cold.

Ice Cold is Adair's 17th foray into the operations of T-FLAC, the secret agency that she created to tell her stories of action, adventure and romantic suspense. Even though it was my first trip, I didn't feel left behind by the plot or the set-up. I was immediately immersed in the story. Parts of it felt like a good TV or movie spy plot. But I like those. It used just enough of the familiar tropes to pull me right in.

T-FLAC is like any secret agency: it has special ops, and it has special operatives. Many live their jobs to the exclusion of any other life. Some go rogue. Eventually, those two types come into collision. It makes for edge-of-your-seat suspense hoping that the "good guys" are going to win.

And that not too many of them are going to go down in the line of fire along the way.

Ice Cold starts out with a loss. Honey Weston, the cyber-geek, loses her boss, and ends up taking his field assignment. Rafael Navarro is the bomb expert. They are chasing a serial bomber who seems to be bombing banks, and the surrounding city blocks, for no particular good reason.

Chasing down that reason is the suspense part of the story. Watching Navarro pursue West is the romance. Because he only does casual sex, and she doesn't bother with sex at all. She sees a player, and he sees a woman under the ice princess exterior she cultivates.

And while they are distracted with each other, someone is targeting them.

Escape Rating B-: I found myself wondering if Honey Weston was an intentional homage to Honey West, or if her name just accidentally sounded like a girl from a James Bond movie. It took me a while to take a woman named "Honey" seriously as an agent. Maybe that was the point. Honey Weston is deadly serious, even if she looks like a supermodel.

Until the very end of the story, I never felt like I was missing something by not having read the rest of the series. It probably would have added depth if I had, but I didn't feel lost. This is terrific! There's always some hesitation at breaking into a series in the middle.

But at the end, the villain, who had been so incredibly clever up until that point, came off as extremely bwahaha crazy. Some of her crazy was personal to both Navarro and Weston, and I wondered if it had come up in earlier stories, but mostly, she just went too far into crazytown. How could she have planned so meticulously up until that point and then gone so far off the deep end just at the sight of Navarro and Weston? It was a bit much.

However, I had a lot of fun with this. I could see the whole story playing out in front of me. It would have made a terrific movie. All I needed was the popcorn.

Ask me not how I managed it, but despite this being book #17 in the series, I never did read any of the others. So this was all new since I read it as a standalone basically and the novel fared very well.

The T-FLAC world was really cool, all super-operatives, bomb whisperers and tech geniuses with the due amount of traitors and side-switchers. It was exciting and fun to read about these guys and their scope of activity and assets (fu~fu) were impressive.

Honey and Rafael were an interesting couple, her with the whole Ice Princess routine going on and him with the Spanish Stallion fame made for really explosive chemistry. I will admit to having pictured him somewhere along the lines of a Banderas super-spy, he totally had that dark and smoldering charm to him. Honey was an interesting character, she revealed herself as the story unfolded and I felt she evolved nicely without losing her persona as a result, and for that matter so did Rafael.
Their chemistry was very hot since the moment they met, the whole opposites attract scenario that you just know will be always juicy. I mean two hot agents, sort of clashing personalities or more like sides they chose to show the world - it was bound to happen. When it did, and it wasn't rushed, it was definitely adult, not closed-doors and really hot - really yummy, but also emotional and intense.
Rafel had that intense vibe to him without becoming too much, he was delicious, bold and charismatic but also caring and vulnerable. Honey had this hot spy/tech-geek vibe going on that I just loved, and despite showing an arctic front she was very lovable. Both of them had tough history and it made their romance all the better. The tension between them didn't dissolve with their one on one time, but actually intensified and it was a pleasure to follow.

The plot outside of the romantic arc was also very interesting to follow. We're talking a lot of action, wide range of scenery as they travel from one bomb scene to another and all those really cool operative-like things that keep you on the edge of your seat: disguises, intrigue, investigations, making out. You know the drill :D

The writing was a lovely third person narrative with two POV-s, his and hers, and it was very fun. Action scenes were suggestive and well built, you could actually hear the ass-kicking, shooting and smooching as the case was and tension was thrumming all over the place.

As far as curb appeal goes, the cover is beautiful, it sends the message across and it doesn't fall into the hot-dude-patter, so that couples with the blurb would make this an instant buy for me.

All in all, I say this romantic suspense was a very entertaining read, hot and spicy here, tense and intriguing there. I recommend it if you like operatives romance and the opposites-attract scenario.

Ice Cold by Cherry Adair was published by the author and released in October 2012.

Honey Winston has the reputation of being an "Ice Princess". Completely devoid of emotion, all Honey needs is her computer. Honey's specialty with T-FLAC is cyber crimes.

Rafael Navarro is a bomb specialist with the T-FLAC organization. He lost his wife after only five months of marriage and has vowed to never get involved with another agent again.

Then he finds himself teamed up with the famed Honey Winston. When a bank is bombed they must determine if it's a disgruntled employee or if terrorist are involved.
Rafael initially is relieved that Honey lives up to her icy reputation, but it's not long before he realizes her exterior is just a protective shell.
Although Rafe and Honey grew up in entirely different circumstances they find they have a lot in common. Despite the vow each of them has taken to avoid involvement with other agents, some things just can't be helped.

When I know I'm going to read a Cherry Adair romantic suspense novel, I get geared up for action, adventure, suspense, and super hot sexy romance. This novel was a little off the beaten path from other novels by this author. For some reason I kept thinking about the movie "A Long Kiss Goodnight" and some sort of James Bond movie or novel. There were cool gadgets and tools the T-FLAC agents get to use, and old enemies come out of the agent's past to reek havoc.
While there was plenty of action , the plot wasn't all that cohesive. I understood it fine, but I was left wondering if I should have read a novel ahead of this one that explained Honey's and Rafael's enemy and the back story of Honey's relationship with this person.
The book was off to a good start, but at about the half way mark, the romance heats up, and the sex scenes go on for at least three or four chapters and the crime story took a back seat. I nearly lost the thread of the story at that point. When we finally got those chapters read, the story picked back up at a really fast pace and from that point on, I was completely engaged in the story.
I don't mind if there is an equal amount of romance and mystery/suspense. In fact, many of Cherry's books are written in that style. For some reason, in this novel, it was a too much and took away from the story which needed to keep moving at all times.
This was still an enjoyable romantic suspense novel and I would like to thank the author and Netgalley for the DRC of this novel. Overall a C+/B-

My Review:
I'll admit it, there were times when I was reading this book that I simply did not feel smart enough to follow all the in's and out's of the suspense story line. This is one complex book and I definitely had issues getting lost in the details of 'who', 'what', 'where', and 'why'. But when it's all said and done, this book is about Rafael and Honey.

They are both T-FLAC operatives. Rafael is a bomb disposal expert while Honey is a computer geek. They are both highly trained and highly efficient in the field, although Honey is more used to working behind a desk. Throughout the operatives, Honey is known for her Ice Princess status while Rafael is known as the Spanish Stallion....two totally opposite personalities. But as they trace a serial bomber across the world, they begin to realize that they have much more in common than they originally thought.

I loved that the beginning of this book had the two of them pitted against each other, although they didn't realize who the other was at the time. Right away, Cherry established that although Honey doesn't do much field work, she is more than capable...just as good as Rafael. Between that fight and then Honey's first disguise transformation....I just loved her. She is so much more than everyone assumes when they first meet her and that makes her such a fantastic heroine. Rafael realizes that very slowly, but that makes his feelings out to be so much more.

Overall this book was really good. Confusion aside, I really liked it....and honestly, I read really quickly and probably could have taken this book slower to make sure that I got all the details. But there is a lot going on, in a lot of different places....which definitely makes it really exciting. From the moment I started it, I had a really hard time putting it down. I have read a couple of the other T-FLAC novels, but have definitely NOT read all 16 of the books that precede this one in the series. I don't feel like that hurt my enjoyment of this book at all. It definitely works as a stand-alone novel.

I received a complimentary copy of this book in return for an honest review.

Ice Cold
T-FLAC Series Book Seventeen
By Cherry Adair

Rafael Navarro refuses to settle down and allow another woman to become victim to his dangerous lifestyle. Fellow T-FLAC operative Honey Winston has no social skills whatsoever and prefers computers to people. When the two team up to stop a serial bomber that threatens the world’s financial infrastructure they begin with butting heads but soon something more begins to grow between them.

What I love about romance novels is that no matter what is going on around the main characters they can always make time for a kiss. I haven’t read any of the T-Flac series before this, which is a shame as the book jumps right into it so I may have missed something along the way with this one. I did enjoy it though, this is definitely a fun romantic suspense with tons of action interspersed with soft and tender love what more can you ask for? Cherry Adair brought to life a fantastic organization and characters that make this novel amazing. I loved Honey Winston, I mean who can’t relate to liking computers more than people sometimes? The only problem I had with the book is the beginning scene in Germany. I just came back from living the past three years over there and unfortunately a lot of the scene that Cherry Adair created was wrong. I don’t want to go into too many details because if you haven’t been there or haven’t been there recently then you will not even notice it. But if Cherry Adair hadn’t created such a vivid scene I wouldn’t be able to say with certainty that it is wrong. All in all it’s a great romantic suspense and I just might go back and read some more of the series.

T-Flac operatives Rafael Navarro and Honey Winston are called to action when a terrorist tries to blow up the world’s banking infrastructure. With Honey’s ability to detect cyber crimes and Rafael’s ability to defuse bombs, they are the perfect answer to stop the destruction of the world’s financial industry.

The closer Rafael and Honey work, the more attracted they are to each other. However, they must put their feelings aside as they race to save the world from true evil. They are stunned when all the evidence begins to build up against Honey. Rafael doesn’t know what to think, but he can’t believe this woman would anything so horrible. Honey knows she wouldn’t, but who is setting her up?

This book is part of Cherry Adair’s popular T-Flac series. I’ve always wanted to read this author’s books and I finally had the chance. I loved it. Even though it wasn’t the first of the series, I didn’t feel as if I was missing anything. It’s an action-filled adventure guaranteed to keep readers at the edge of their seats. The chemistry between Honey and Rafael is steamy, to say the least. Each page sizzles with their love scenes. Adair gives us a nice mix of romance and suspense to take readers on an exciting ride. I’m definitely going to look for her backlist.

Oh T-FLAC, how I have missed you! I have been waiting for Ice Cold for a long time and boy it didn't disappoint! After reading the T-FLAC psi ones, I was happy to get back to basics. Ice Cold is a riveting , nail biting adventure. It also has a very hot and steamy romance. Ms. Adair really knows her way around a love scene!

Honey and Rafael are so great together. Honey is known as the "Ice Princess" because she never shows any emotion and seems to have no social skills at all. Rafael is known as a stallion in the bedroom. Deep down, though, they have a lot in common. Both are loners and both are seeking a connection. Boy, do these two connect. I loved Honey's character. There is nothing better than an intelligent, kick-ass female lead!

The overall story was very well planned out. Someone is impersonating Honey and is setting her up to take the fall for several bombings. They suspect it is an old T-FLAC foe, but she is currently locked up in prison. The twists and turns kept me on my seat. Throw in a few bombs and you have a book that you can't put down. I definitely think that Ice Cold could be read as a stand alone novel. After you read this one, why not go back to the start (beginning with The Mercenary) and experience all that is T-FLAC?

Great story by Cherry.... but I was left with a question or two...

Full Review: 3 1/2
Ice Cold is Cherry Adair’s 17th book in the T-Flac series. But can easily stand alone. As this was the first book in this series that I have read. So never fear if you are not catch up on this series

I enjoyed this book, glad that I read it and would suggest it to my fellow book readers. But I didn’t love this book. At times I found myself a little board and would skim parts. But I did like the relationship between Honey & Rafael. I did enjoy even if I was left with a few unanswered questions. At the end I felt like there were questions about Rafael’s past that were never answered. Questions that I think Honey would have wanted answered. But all and all it was a good story.

If you are a fan of Cherry Adair I believe you will like this story.

I have to give Ms. Adair credit, Opening a book with a kick-butt fight scene between the two main characters was one heck of a way to go!!
Then to top it with a "Kiss me!", Wholly Boogers!!!!

"Ice Princess", Honey, has to be my favorite character... she's got it all. She's got the money, the look, the attitude and then some (LOL).
I think it's amazing how a person can keep a front up as strong as she does in the beginning....show no emotions. She is by far a totally bad ass!!
Of course until Hot and sexy comes along!

Hot and Sexy, Navarro, is one character in the beginning I thought for sure was going to be just another "Ladies man" types of guy. Just there basically for the heroine's needs and nothing major. Boy was I totally wrong!
He's the one to crack the hard shell kept around Honey and the one she team's up with to help clear the evidence...

Over all a wonderful story to keep you guessing and the adventure alone well worth the read!

I'm well aware that Cherry Adair is a popular author and always meant to pick up one of her books. I'm a sucker for strong female leads and Navy SEAL/alpha male leads. Unfortunately, I clearly started with the wrong novel and this experience will likely prevent me from ever picking up a Cherry Adair novel again.

While a fan of rapid paced stories that keep me on the edge of my seat, I felt that a lot of the tension and character build up was very hollow. It felt very formulaic and prescriptive and did not read fresh and exciting.

True to the title, this book left me "Ice Cold." If there is a superior Cherry Adair novel, I am open to receiving feedback from other readers on what I should pick up.

This was my first T-Flac book by Cherry Adair and I'm looking forward to reading another one. Rafael and Honey are thrown together to stop a serial bomber. The two have never worked together. They just know each other by reputation only. Rafael is a field agent. Honey spends most of her time on a computer. When Honey gets pulled into the op, Rafael doesn't expect her to be able to handle it. She proves him wrong! I liked that there was a strong female character. She could hold her own in any situation.

Fantastic addition to the T-FLAC series! Wonderful characters that had flaws but it only made them more real. Strong, non-stop, nail biting action kept me riveted to the pages! Hot and steamy romance made me want to stay longer.

Plenty of action and suspense in this story...the Ice Princess/computer expert extraordinaire and the Stallion/bomb whisperer (op names) work for T-Flac....an organization that stops terrorists and other bad guys. We find these two mixed up in international intrigue that starts with bombs blowing up banks and immediate areas and leads these two to other countries and mystifies the reader if you try to figure out who the BADDEST of the bad guys is...Could not put this book down...
