Things finally seem to be falling into place for Jared. He’s made amends with his father, met an extraordinary woman, and is finally coming to terms with being a vampire. There’s just one thing he truly wants, at least for now, and that is to return to his mother and tell her that he’s not dead. There’s no easy way of going about this, but he figures that words won’t be important once she sees that he is living and (sometimes) breathing. The main issue is finding her, which would have been easy had it not been for the fact that she had decided that she really couldn’t live without him. In the supernatural world dead doesn’t necessarily mean gone, but even Jared has to admit that finding her seems near impossible. Little does he know that the hardest part is all that is to follow their reunion…

This is book two in Jared's sector of the series: Collision Of Worlds.

About the author

Sandra Giles

9 books3 followers
Sandra was born in Cambridge, England, where she still lives with her family. She lives for writing and is inspired by everyday events and by her adventures abroad.

"I first decided to try my hand at writing when I was at sixth form and my teachers often gave praise on my writing, despite me never actually taking English as a subject. It happened most in my photography lessons. Though I'm terrible at taking photographs, whenever I wrote about the work of other photographers and described their images it was with a lot of detail and a unique style that wouldn't go unnoticed. The only reason I did well in that subject was because of the written side to it, and it was in those lessons that I started writing Plead Insanity.

I feel that even if just one person enjoys a single one of my novels, it will make the journey worthwhile, whatever the outcome. With a lot of dedication, and some much-needed support, hopefully the novels I live for will one day become available to buy in shops around the world. And if not, at least I have made some fantastic fictional friends along the way."

Sandra is in the process of writing what is set to be an extensive series entitled 'Collision Of Worlds'. The first three novels from the series are available to purchase now, alongside a collection of stories inspired by the Olympics, and a contribution to the anthology, Pick 'N' Mix.
