This overview of the famous feud by Charles River Editors is pretty good and is well illustrated. It does take the place of reading more in depth accounts of the feud. If, however, you are looking for a place to learn more after watching the History Channel series, this is a good place to start. Includes a list of work cited, and therefore future reading material, at the end.

It’s a good book but I finished it and wanted more. Nonetheless, it is a quick read, and is a good intro to the incredible history of the Hatfield - McCoy feud.
