This book is about World War 1. In it the hero and main characters of the story are Young Indiana Jones and Lieutenants Prince Sixtus and Prince Xavier. When you first meet the Princes they are just like all people because of your status they thought they were the greatest and most important and you meet Captain Defense (AKA: Indiana Jones) who is a spy for the British after being joining the Belgian army and being in the front lines of battles. Their mission together is what brings them in the end closer together as best friends. Their mission to make a peace treaty with the Austrian-Hungarian Emperor Karl and his wife and the Princes’ sister Empress Zita. As they are traveling their they meet many people including the Austrian Secret Police and German leader Count Von Builer. If you like history and you like Indiana Jones then this is a book to read.

Young Horza's first introduction to Mitteleuropa. Memories: the bad guy has a scar and kicks a cat, the relative magazine capacity of Mauser and Luger pistols is a relevant plot point, definitely more favourable to the Hapsburg monarchy than The Good Soldier Svejk.

It was ... everything that I hoped for. I see a movie marathon in the near future.
