I thought that the book provided the necessary practical guide for unlocking our own individual professional code. It was nice to realize that many of the techniques were ones that I was familiar with and had applied. Bottom line is that personal and professional, and I would like to add spiritual, growth is a never-ending journey. It is up to each one of us how we use our time, talents and knowledge we acquire for their appropriate purposes.

I liked the book because it focused on learning more about yourself and your unique attributes that you bring to an environment. It also reinforced an important principle: if you truly desire to be a good leader, you must serve. To strong points to take away from this book are be decisive and take action.
