forget everything you thought you knew about unicorns. unicorns are not magical creatures who can only be seen by virgins. they can also be seen by men who kidnap girls for use in their bestiality sex trade. but, boy, do unicorns love virgins...they love them long time. with their freakishly long tongues, and their unicorn genitalia. but not with their horns, you sicko. this isn't unibdsm.

In a poignant nod to "danger city" books like The Jungle and Sister Carrie, Lisette and her companion Tamara find themselves stranded and penniless in the capitalist hell of the big city. They are duly captured and exploited by ruffians, the leader of whose false white beard eloquently evokes the false power of the patriarchy. The thugs seek to turn them into pliant sex slaves by mating them with unicorns, but soon find that the unicorns - symbols, of course, of true masculinity - are the ones truly in control.
The mysterious, unknowable, powerful male force, represented by the phallic symbol of the unicorn horn, is seduced and civilized by female love; when she accepts the unicorn into her body, It's emphasized that only through continued attention will he remain civilized. Here is a cogent solution for what Fox News calls the war on men; through the power of the pudendum, women can help create a utopian society. (It may be worth noting that Thomas More's Utopia includes significant penalties for premarital sex; Vane's vision is more in the Doris Lessing tradition.)
Unicorn's Reluctant Lover falls, thus, into a long tradition of fiction depicting the power of female sexuality to civilize men. It stretches back to the first classic, Gilgamesh, in which the priestess Shamhat cools Enkidu's fury with sex; other notable entries include the Irish saga The Táin, in which the women of Emain bare their breasts in order to cool the fury of Cú Chulainn; Samuel Richardson's protonovel Pamela, or Virtue Rewarded; and D.H. Lawrence's earthy Lady Chatterley's Lover. But only Vane thinks to explore that theme by way of the medieval trope of the unicorn - and she does it brilliantly.
If I have one complaint, it's that the secondary story, featuring Lisette's friend Tamara, is slightly underserved. She's a fascinating character, her red hair serving as a token of her inner passion, and indeed it's she whose first unicorn contact inspires and arouses Lisette. The black unicorn she mates with evocatively plays on the deep fear of / fascination with black male sexuality, as explored in Richard Wright's Native Son. But her story is left unfinished, sacrificed to authorial economy.
It's a minor complaint about a unique and laser-focused allegory, though. A must for students of feminist lit and those in search of a fresh take on an old theme.

Alright, I finally finished my first unicorn porn book. Two girls are kidnapped and tied to trees in order for unicorns to have their way with them. That part of the plot still confuses me but it didn't ruin the book. I loved the description of the two unicorns. They sounded beautiful and also emitted some type of phereamone that caused the women to become uber horny.
The foreplay was hot until... they shifted into human form during sex. WTH? I was a little disappointed. If I wanted human on human sex, I wouldn't buy a Monster SEX book!! The sex scenes were really short too and didn't make me squirm. 2.5 stars. There was great potential here too

This short was a pretty good for my first unicorn read.
Lisette and her friend get kidnapped when they leave the country in search of jobs. They eventually find themselves tied to trees so the men who kidnapped them can sell them later because they will be all sex crazed once they had themselves some unicorn. There are two unicorn in the story one for each of the girls. This is a very short story so not going into any more detail story wise. As for the reluctant part of the title I would say not so much maybe for like 5 seconds.
But I will say about the sex definably better in the beginning when just oral is going on. The girls are still tied to the trees then and is way hotter. Plus there's a lot more detail with the oral than with the actual sex part. Should have made the story a little longer with more detail on the intercourse.
