Hustle. Heart. Humility. A refreshing read on a no excuses philosophy of growing business regardless of the circumstances. This is not a theoretical, academic, squishy book like so many others in this category, but a practical guide you can put to good use the minute you read it. Without a doubt, this should be on your bookshelf, well read. Definitely recommend.

The book brought up an interesting discussion about listening to you employees and customers, and power of stories. I got a bit suspicion about the Reset idea by destroying everything first. Destroying what took a long time to create is not always a best solution in my opinion; each case is unique and should be analyzed throughout before the hard reset.

Overall a great read, I would recommend it.
