THOUGHTS
I really love this story, though what happen was a bit unrealistic at times. The situation was crazy; however, what they did behind close doors and to each other was SCANDALOUS!!! You definitely have to view this story as a hot torrid fantasy that had Dean and Audra steaming up the pages.
The moment Dean took Audra hostage I kept wanting to read more as you are wondering how things will unfold. Both characters went through their highs and lows moment with decisions that they made. Although Audra was in a bad situation she was turned on and a freak, but that personality gave the book the edge. Dean wasn’t your typical man on the run and although he tries to do the right thing everything kept falling apart.
I’m giving this book 5 stars but I was not happy with the ending. I think that ending was not a fitting ending. I kept reading wanting to know how it will end, but when I got my answer I was really upset.

I have read every book by this author and have enjoyed them all throughly. So much to the point of buying everything she has ever put out without question. But this, this was not up to par in plot. I'm not one to question the creative flow of an author but the lack of plausibility in this storyline did not keep me captivated. The twist and turns of the drama that surrounds the lead characters should infuse fantasy but there should always be some reality mixed in; this didn't do it for me.
The ending was no cliffhanger but it left me with my mouth wide open and pulling my hair. It was written in a mere few pages that I felt was rushed. There was so much going on and I just didn't feel the ending summed it up very well.
I'd still give this author another try, but where is she? Would love to know what else she has in the works.

This book was good; very unrealistic, yet, an entertaining and wild ride. I didn't like the ending at all. I would likely categorize this as a slightly similiar version of the movie, Set It Off, in book form. What I loved most were hot, juicy sex scenes, I refer back to this book often for ideas (wink, wink).

The story itself is a bit erratic, like all over the place. It was just a bit unrealistic that Audra would be so willing to throw it all away for her captor, leaving everything and everyone behind to be Bonnie to his Clyde. There’d have to be a lot of love and history there for me to even 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙧 playing the Bonnie role. And the answer would still be no. IJS!
It was a bit adventurous to see them on the run, escaping and trying to survive in new territory. As a matter of fact, it suddenly dawned on me that the book is very similar to the movie, Queen & Slim. I haven’t watched the movie but... I wonder if this book was the inspiration.

An alleged cop killer is on the loose in Audra's neighborhood. After spending the majority of her night at a local bar, due to police having her neighborhood on lock down, Audra makes it home. After retrieving her belongings from her car, Audra heads for the safety of her home only to have Dean Tyson, the Turnpike Killer, force himself in her home.
Audra is beyond speechless at her situation. She is hoping that her sex partner shows up rescue her. After being in close quarters for two days, the relationship between Audra and Dean changes. They have consensual sex. For me, this is where the book took a turn, for the worst. The plot became unbelievable. Audra went from being a hostage to an accomplice.
I can't see becoming romatically "linked" with someone who is holding you hostage after two days! Really?!?! Audra's mom is critically injured in a car accident. She is in ICU and it doesn't look like she will make it. After sitting at the hospital for one day, she goes home, and goes on the run with Dean. Another unbelievable moment. Nothing would have stopped a rational, thinking person to abandon their mom, to live their life on the run.
I understand that this was a work of fiction, but it was way over the top for me. I understand Dean's actions and why he did what he did, but everything that happened after that was like a bad dream for this reader. It did have some hot sex scenes.

I'm not gonna lie, this book really had me in my feelings, especially the ending. I enjoyed the drama, the romance between the two characters, and the fast pace of it all. It definitely held my interest, and left me wanting more. Good job!

Honestly I don’t know what to say. It wasn’t terrible but…. I read chocolate covered forbidden fruit and fly on the wall way way back in the day and I love those books so much. I’ve read them both so many times so I was excited to finally read something else by Trista. Unfortunately this did not meet the expectations.

A page turner!
This is my second time reading this book. I don't normally go back and read a book. I thoroughly enjoyed it the first time around 9 years ago. What started as a hostile situation turned into true love and romance. Kudos Trista 👏👏

Sad ending but very good book.
This was a good read. It didn't end the way that I had hoped but it was very good non the less. Dean was a good man that ran into a lot of unfortunate events that caused him more trouble. I enjoyed this book.

BEDROOM BULLY unravels the mysterious connections of Audra Chandler and Dean Tyson, strangers who meet as Dean is trying to flee capture and Audra is simply trying to get home. What starts merely as a hostage situation, quickly heats up and becomes a complicated matter not just in regards to Dean, but Audra as well. When Audra decides to make a run for it, they spark an immediate connection.
As the story simmers, readers come to know and sympathize with Dean’s plight. Though it’s still very unbelievable, the romantic undertone of the story does work. Unfortunately, it just seems extremely too convenient and tidy throughout the entire story.
While BEDROOM BULLY overindulges in delectable drama, fiery fantasies, and luscious lust, the consistent thoughts of what happens next is never far from either of them, leaving the reader wondering exactly how their story end will end.

Peppered here and there for a little ooh’s and awe’s, it held my attention, but not the way many of her past books have. She’s being held against her will by Dean, and as every cop in the city is looking for Dean, he can’t leave Audra’s house. Closed quarters and built-up sexual tension soon lead to a most unexpected relationship.
With its title and Trista’s resume, I just knew I was in for a treat with her latest release, “Bedroom Bully.” I don’t quite know what happened. I’m a little baffled. Fiction is fiction, but this read more like fantasy.
Trista Russell’s books teem with energy, steamy scenes and memorable characters. Unfortunately, “Bedroom Bully” lacks these essential elements. Instead, her latest offering is insipid, predictable and unrealistic. Even with a far-fetched premise, I need some resemblance of plausibility and creativity. Everything about this novel was just too convenient.
To her credit, “Bedroom Bully” is an easy and quick read. Everyone has an “off” moment and I’m going to chalk this up to one and not count Trista out…yet.

Excellent...from beginning to end this novel was wonderful. Trista has advanced among many of my favorite authors and trust me, some of them have a way 2 go to catch her. This story had a way of bringing you in and had u visualizing each character and feeling the emotions with them. Dean was my favorite character and though he did wrong he was very likable, Audra wanted love and she found it in a way she was not expecting too. It was a book of lessons, still like her other novels teaching you how friends sometimes arent who you think they are. (Hint---Audra's BFF)This book can be read in 1 day, but it will leave you wanting more. Check out all her novels they all satisfy the imagination and leave you a fan 4 life.

I loved this book very much. This book proved that though the majority, all people who are out in the world doing bad things aren't doing it with no purpose. Maybe someone else in the world is looking for their daughter like he was. The point was, he didn't want to go to jail, he wanted to see his daughter again, and was willing to do literally whatever it took to find her. This also shows that love and romance can come from anywhere. It doesn't matter who the person is, the person that you make contact with can be the love of your life. This is a good book.

When I first opened this book, the blatant way it started truly drew me in, and I had to read it. From then on, no one could see me without it because I was so drawn in, and when I utterly had to be without it, I couldn't (and didn't try to) stop my mind from wondering to it. This book has just the right mix of sensual and amazing plot - it was switching back and forth so quickly, and I welcomed it heartily. If you like books about unfortunate criminal behaviour and running from the law, while also some sensual behaviour thrown in their too, I certainly recommend that you read this book.

I've had this book a while but took my time getting to it because I really didn't think I would like it that much. But I was pleasantly surprised. It was an amusing read, and the range of emotions that took place from when Audra was accosted by Dean to the end were very engaging. It's a rather extreme example of how one decision can change your entire life.

Didn't expect nothing less from Miss Russell, I loved it from beginning to end. Original, full of excitement and more. Ending just tore me up inside smh. Overall, def worth a read, like all her other books!

I loved this book, it was very good. Interesting how they fell in love. I cried multiple times lol, yes sad i know. The ending was very sad, i wasn't prepared for Sean to die. I really want to know what happened next when she surrendered. Once again i LOVED IT!!!!!!

I was captivated by this book and the ending through me for a loop and made me sad. I will not go into specifics because I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't read it. The book is good and it will keep you on the edge of your seat.

I read this book when I was in the eighth grade. This book was one of my favorites and I still want to re-read it all the time being nineteen now. The story line was great though, a lot of it was about sexual stuff.

I love Ms. Rusell's writing. This is a great summer read it has drama, suspense and steamy hot sex scenes. What I enjoyed most about the book is the great story line it has. This is a must read this summer.
