this wasnt a bad story to read, it was written very well and was a very enjoyable read. It kept my attention till I got to the end of the book. A good read for people who enjoy books about ghosts. The characters are quite hard to get along with and understand, and it was abit confusing due to the fact it keeps switching the points of view

Different

I got this book just because I was curious to be fair.
I have to say I THOROUGHLY enjoyed every bit of the story.
I don't generally bother with Ghost stories but this piqued my interest and I thought I'd give it a go.
Grabbed me right from the start and just enjoyed the rollercoaster ride that followed.
Thoroughly recommend this story, they should make a movie or mini series out of it!

So so good!!

This story was excellent!! Slightly different from Cross' standard horror stories, but just as good! This is one of those books that makes you wish they would make into a movie! Along the lines of HBO's True Blood or other similar shows. I did not put this one down and read in two days. I was sad that it had to end! I would LOVE to see more added to this series. The characters are loveable and very real. Extremely well done Ms. Cross.....bravo!!!

A Different Twist On Armageddon

This book kept me guessing about who was bad, who was good, who was God, who was Satan, and even who were Adam and Eve. There are ghosts and angels as well. It was very entertaining.

I must include this complaint, however. Holey Moley, how many typos can a book contain? I hope a corrective update will be available soon (and that the print versions got better editing), because I feel embarrassed for this otherwise highly esteemed author.

Great Amy Cross

This book is Amy Cross at her best. Bizarre and interesting, if you've followed her from the beginning, her stories tie in together in her own worlds of fantastic imagination. From The Library to Lupine Howl, there's humor but the stories are hard to put down.
This is my second time reading Ghosts and it was better than the last time.

It was good not great. Storyline ideas started and then never went anywhere. Like? What happened to that magical key? How could Adam have had a father? Do Adam and Eve stay the same age? If so why were they kids? Lots of stuff like that in there that are screwey

Wow! what do I say about this book? I re-read the beginning of the book twice because I didn't feel I was getting the story. After that, there was no putting it down. It is amazing and unusual and I really enjoyed it, all the way to the end. Give it a try. I think you'll be glad you did.

Weird storyline!!

Not the usual scary Amy Cross book but I still enjoyed it! Can't imagine this happening in the world so was quite intrigued about how it would play out!. Didn't see the ending so not predictable!!!!.

I really like the premise of this series. Very different from the usual ghost stories I've read. It was a real mystery trying to figure out who everyone "really" was in a past life that dated back to biblical times. Kept me reading. Bad points: Should have taken place in Great Britain. Author used terms such as bonnet for car hood/ chaps for guys/ wanker, etc. that did not fit in as dialog for people in Texas USA. Many, many other editing errors that held me back from complete enjoyment of the series.

A another brilliant series from this author, this time about ghosts and so much more.

I love originality of Amy Cross' books and the twists and turns and clever way each piece of the puzzle finally connects.

It is fast paced and well written (despite the many typos) - I particularly like the numerous first person points of view. Yes, it has strong language and scenes of violence but only those fitting to this excellent horror story.

A very entertaining read.

Never read anything by this author before but I really enjoyed this series. Not your typically ghost story and it is so much more than just about ghosts. It can be a little confusing at times as it switches point of views between characters, but after a couple of sentences it becomes clear which character it is.

The book had an interesting concept however it was long and drawn out. The typos were annoying and while I like the switching of point of views it became confusing.

Not bad but. . .

The editing was pretty rough & the story was fairly redundant in several places. Glad this was a kindle unlimited book.

This was an interesting read and took an epic, apocalyptic angle that I definitely wasn’t expecting, going in. The premise is cool and while I found things at time to be a bit on the confusing side, I enjoyed the challenge of having to disentangle what was going on. The book needed some editing help and it probably could have been a little shorter but on that point I also have to consider that the book was originally constructed in serialized format. It’s an ambitious story but I enjoyed it.
