Although the book itself is a great little companion for the Zippo world, it is surely a bit long winded. I feel that a lot of the information is repeated constantly and that much of the ink in the book is spent on spinning the author's tires. Although a lot of the information is very interesting and enlightening, the book itself could use some work with layout. Some chapters are just thrown together with pictures and nothing else because of the fact that information that would normally be within the chapters has already been stated. Despite this, the book is written well enough for anyone to understand and chronicles the life of America's favorite reusable lighter with an air of dignity and pride.
