Driving through an empty desert in the middle of the night, Adrienne and Ebony Raines never expected to come across two UFOs, let alone be captured by them.

Waking up on an alien ship, the sisters find they've been taken along with other women by the small grey aliens and brought to a strange world filled with giants who wanted them only for breeding purposes. Unfortunately for Adrienne, her attempts at escape only bring her to the attention of the Captain of the Guard, Dezec Zeta, who wants to tame the wild beauty for himself.

Rating: Novella which will hopefully lead to other stories. Erotic adult content and language. Captive situation, but consensual sex. Fun, short, sexy read.

About the author

Jaide Fox

77 books65 followers
Jaide Fox has always had a passion for fantasy and the paranormal, having discovered both at a young age and devouring every book she could get her hands on, watching every movie that even hinted at her interests. It wasn't until she was in high school that her mother introduced her to romance--and she was hopelessly hooked.

Eroticism has never really been a part of fantasy, nor romance, and Jaide craved to see the two combined. Not able to find anything on the current market, she decided she'd write her own books to satisfy herself.

Jaide hopes readers will enjoy her first offering from NCP. She has many more novels planned and is currently breathing life into other adventures.

She lives in the middle of nowhere in a swamp, surrounded by all sorts of wild creatures (including snakes and spiders--which she gets rid of on sight!) and one mottled black cat who ambushes her from time to time.

Also writes Erotic Historical Romances under Julia Keaton and Celeste Anwar.

I would have enjoyed this book more if it involved more than just straight up fucking for like ninety percent of it. I enjoy the sexy stuff but I would like to have read something a little more in depth. I don't hold out much hope with the next book, unfortunately I purchased a bundled set so I have no choice but to read it and see...

This is a perfect example of a story without narrative, likeable characters, interesting dialogue. It's like the author just took the stock elements of a good IR paranormal threw them all together and said screw the rest. When an author puts something like this out it does not lead to readers being interested in anything else may create. So unless anyone can recommend something from this author that is at least 90% better I won't be picking up anything else.

This was very different than my normal interracial romance reads. I enjoyed elements of this space abduction novella. Would have liked it more if the love scenes were more adventurous. Found about 3 editing mistakes, nothing that made it hard to understand.

It's an ok read!

It was ok..not earth shattering. But for a early morning sunday read ,it was good. Not much else to say except it's part of a trilogy. I'm hoping the others are better.

No substance

Lack of character development. The book was just about rough sex from beginning to end. Utter rubbish. Regret buying this series.

This is a short story about an alien abduction then selling to other aliens story. I found no typos but think that a longer book getting into the characters more would do the story justice. I gave the 3 star rating which, to me, indicates an average story.

The female fought, but gave in to the sex. The male seemed decent and caring. For me, it wasn't enough to give it more stars.

I will attempt not to post any spoilers while doing this review but there is always a chance I slip up and post something important to the story line.

Now, this story starts with 2 young black women driving in Texas going cross country in the dead of night. Which is where it starts to get interesting but yet it is slightly hard to believe as they become sex slaves to aliens. Not the one who kidnapped them but the ones who they get sold too.

I am not overly impressed with this story line of stolen women. The writer has the women fighting one min and then the next they just give in. It lacks the fight part, scratching and biting when earlier she asked who had self defense training. So no clear description of how they defend themselves. The story starts on earth then moves to a space ship then to a planet.

Now I have to say that at about 89% the ads start for her other books. This is book 1 in the set of multi books. This book did not impress me highly and barely entertained me. I struggled to finish with this book as it was boring in the first degree.

Ho Hum. Aliens pay other aliens to capture brides for them. Ebony & Adrienne are two of many kidnapped human women.
( Finally. More heroines with flava! )

I liked Adrienne's firey spirit, but the story ended too quickly. I kept expecting her to try for an escape or put up more resistance.
As soon as her captor/husband drops the L-bomb, she's all good with her fate.

Sex scenes were so-so to me. Pretty vanilla. Why don't alien dudes give oral???

I'm guessing the second in this series is her sister Ebony's story as one of the kings concubines.

Better than expected

Adrienne finds herself kidnapped by the little gray men and along with her sister sold to aliens that need women. I know! So cliche! But this story is not about falling in love but making the best of a bad situation. The. Characters are not complex but they are compelling. Looking forward to seeing how it ends.

Fantasy and IR, a good combination

I enjoy reading fantasy and I am an IR reader. This series is my cup of tea.

Sexy alpha male and intelligent, feisty heroine. A woman and her sister get captured by aliens and sold to a world in need of breeders. The captured becomes the the one doing the captivating. Good Story.

This was pretty good. For me, the heroine was a little too annoying and the writing didn't flow quite as well as it could. In spite of that, it was actually a pretty good book. There was just something likeable about it and I'm looking forward to reading the next one.

Short and sweet

I enjoyed the story. It was a short and sweet alien abduction romance. I did feel that the story could have been a little longer and a little more depth to the characters could have been added.

This is an okay read, overly aggressive and too forced on the whole. Not really to my liking.
