For beginner investors I'd rate this a 5 although for someone who has read a few books on property investing in Australia it goes over similar and familiar concepts.
Stuart addresses concepts related to property investing and investing in general in a well and succinct manner bringing on board a few experts to answer those burning questions.
While at the time of publishing this would have been great and while still relevant the industry has moved on.
