Call of the Siren #1
Filled with action, this kicks off with a bang and never really slows down. Lennox’s life is changing right before her eyes. Her latent powers are awakening right as the mysterious group of boys show up at her academy. The guys have been drawn there by a supernatural signature, not realizing that Lennox is so much more than she seems. Who knew they were all in the dark? As they race against time and bad guys to figure out the secrets that are locked inside her, they all work to forge a connection, realizing there is something between them they want to explore. These amazing guys are absolutely meant for her, and I’m ready for more!
Path of the Bear #2
I really enjoyed this second entry in the series. Lennox continues her development, both physical and in her powers, and her search for answers. She can't escape the ‘meet the parents’ moment with Lachlan though, and the drama is intense. There are more surprises in store as she continues to uncover more of her history, and I can't wait to see how they get out of the bind that cliffhanger left them in...
Trial of the Vampire #3
This third entry finds our group in heaps of trouble, but they aren't without allies. With Van on trial, the rest of the group scrambles to maintain normalcy while also trying to mount his defense. They're about to learn how far the stink inside the Regency extends, but they're never going to give up on Van. I loved the lighthearted moments during the heavier moments here, and I really loved Van’s parents, but that ending... JJ had to get us with a twist!
Mark of the Psychic #4
This one continues to add more and more little twists to what we know. Sometimes I was stunned by the action as Lennie and her mates went down paths I didn't see coming. They are lucky to have each other, relying on the strength and support of one another when necessary. The conflicts they experience leading up to the end are signs that things will be heating up even more ahead, making me eager for book five.
Power of the Mage #5
Each new entry draws us closer to answers/solutions but reveals a new wrinkle. Lennox is such a powerhouse, and in combination with her guys, it seems like they are still growing stronger every day. This was just as steamy, with secondary relationships continuing to develop, and the action kept me flipping pages eager to see what happened. I can’t wait to see this group get their final curtain call, but I’ll miss them…
Vigil of the Gargoyle #6
Loved this final book and getting resolution for more of the plot points. Having everything tied up neatly and giving closure to our leads after the battles they’ve fought and what they go through in this one is so important. The end of this one feels so true to who they are as a group and was a beautiful HEA for the series!
The bonuses in the boxset were great. I loved seeing the gang visit the pack (sleuth?) for Christmas, and the extra POVs were a nice touch too!

"Obsidian Cove Supernatural Academy" is a boxset with the complete series and some additional bonus content. It starts with Lennox living among humans, not aware of the powers lying dormant within herself. It's clear from the start Lennox has been starved from love and affection, and she has no idea what to do with the sudden attention she gets from five new students...
I always enjoy series revolving around an fmc who has been unaware of the supernatural world, and watching her slowly learn about her powers and grow into them. Her five new (boy)friends jump in from the start to help her with the transition, and support her through it all. It was very nice to see Lennox get the love and attention she deserves. Lennox is stil quite young at the start of this series (18), and with the sheltered life she led, she has some growing up to do throughout this series. Even though the relationships between Lennox and her men are light and lovely, the context around them has a bit more darkness in it. It creates an interesting and fast paced storyline, with a lot happening in this series.
I have to admit this series had to slowly grow on me. I wasn't completely sold on the characters or the storyline at the end of book one, but I'm glad I gave it a shot and decided to read the entire boxset. While the characters slowly mature with each book, the writing seems to do the same, resulting in an enjoyable series that I definitely recommend to everyone who loves medium burn RH with a fast paced storyline.

Good series
The series was good but the character on the cover does not match the description what so ever. Multiple times through the series the author refers to the bear pack as the wolves instead when talking about Lachlan's family and when they have been to pack lands. There were multiple errors in this respect and it can actually get confusing through the first few as your like "wolf pack?" Seeing as the bears and wolves are arch enemies through the first few books. I enjoy books where the harem is devoted to the FMC. If you so as well this is not a good choice. There's already another couple who has been together years prior to the FMC and it's two of the MMCs in the harem. They never separate. Only twice each did they ever spend alone time with Lennox. Calev was left out quite a bit as well honestly. I don't remember him ever having her alone as much as she was with the others who were paired up. The spice is on point to an extent as I mentioned if you're into MM than it will work for you. Sometimes it doesn't bother me but in situations such as this it's like she's second best.

Lennox, Lachlan, Aeson, Evander, Calev, Tristan
It is an easy fast read that is a good mix or romance and the paranormal. I loved the growth in the characters. In the beginning, I admit I got frustrated by Lennox a lot. Especially with the fact that it seemed like she could do no wrong, and if she did, it was always excused as trauma. However, if one of the guys did something a little wrong, it was a huge fiasco. I also got a little frustrated by how the guys are supposed to be a brotherhood and yet when Tristan made a mistake which wasn't even his fault, everyone turned on him and shut him out, then somehow Lennox turned it to him being in the wrong when he wasn't talking to anyone anymore after he spent almost a week trying to talk to everyone. I just didn't like the double standards very much. With that being said, in the end, I did think it was a really good read, and I'm curious about if the twins will have their own series.

Has minor spoilers but nothing too bad.
I’m struggling quite a lot to finish this series. I’m really invested, don’t get me wrong but I’m on book 3 and I really really don’t think this story needs to be dragged out for another 3 books. I’m very much so invested in the characters, the world, and the plot but there is way too much filler stuff happening here. I am usually begging for more from fantasy series but this one is too slow. 6 books is an insane length for what seems like one conflict to be solved. They are supposed to be these big bad supernatural but they can’t even unalive one bad guy? I really want to finish, because like I said I’m invested but I’m really going to be forcing myself and I hate that. It makes it not as enjoyable.

This is the complete series of Ovsidian Cove. It starts with a young woman who knows supernaturals exist but doesn’t know that she is one. She was raised amongst humans so that’s what she is, or rather led to believe. Then she meets this pack of mixed supes. These guys super hot AF and completely enraptured by our girl. Couldn’t pick a favorite if I tried.
Lennox now must learn her powers, learn how to stay standing while people play against her. She’s no weeping willow, she’s smart and sassy and throughout the series, grows into her own and navigates a poly relationship with her guys. Super fun read!

I couldn't
Read another crazy, evil scientist, medical experiment book. There's a typical mean girl in the beginning. I found it difficult to keep track of which guy was which. The sex came pretty fast. World building is so so, character building a little less than that. I was just starting to feel a tiny bit of empathy with Lennox when she got kidnapped and woke up in the typical white room on the cold, metal table and I just couldn't read any further. There's absolutely nothing new in this plot line.
It's not bad, it's just not good enough to keep me wanting to read the same old story.

The first book starts the Lennox and her coming to know the many things about herself that she didn't know prior. I really loved reading and watching everything unfold and come together. Jarica creates Amazing stories and this series was one of those. I really loved that with this book I was able to rea and devour the journey in one area

Not going to lie, I was tempted to give three stars, but I did like the characters and the world itself, I liked the premise of the story although it frustrated me the way it was told greatly at times.
It took me three tries to make it through the first book and that was with me pushing myself. It may just be me, but I felt emotionally disconnected from the book. It seemed to me, a number of times that the story was being told rather than shown, it just didn’t feel emotionally engaging, but again, that just may have been a me thing.

Somehow, I missed these when they were released individually. I read the first one a couple of years ago but didn’t dive into the rest of the series. Gotta say. I’m disappointed in myself. Wonder what I got distracted by because this series just gets better and better with each book and I’m thrilled to have the whole series in one book. Lennox and her men are strong, powerful, and sexy as hell. Found family is my favorite trope and it hits hard here! 💜

This omnibus is the collection of a 6 book, action packed story that you can't help but want to binge. Lennox is thrown into a whole new world when she learns that she's supernatural. With the help of five rather hot guys, she will learn not only about herself but this whole world that appears to be against her. The characters are so easy to love, the steam is hot, and the overall storyline will keep you on your toes til the very end. It's worth the read, I promise!

Good read with lost of twists
I love lennie and her guys, I loved the relationships she had with each and the relationships they had with each other. Cole was a cutie and I honestly wish we would have seen more with him and the other kids. Overall this was a nice easy read. Some times a bit repetitive and could have been finished by 3 books but I get slthe author wanted each guy to have his moment. Still Overall a 4 start read and definitely would recommend.

This series took me a while to finish. There were times when I was going to give up but I stuck it out and I’m glad I did. Did this series need to be 5 books? No in my opinion it dragged the plot way too much. But I really loved that characters, and I need to see it through to the end and I am glad I did. Lennox and her found family were everything !!! If you are doubting just stick it out you will be glad you did !

I devoured this series.
I absolutely and strongly recommend this complete series. It is long, but I was really impressed by the way the characters and the story developed.
As always with paranormal semi-dark themes, please check the trigger warnings.
There was also more MM sex than I expected, but you can easily skip those scenes if they make you uncomfortable. The overall story is more than worth a little discomfort.

If you're looking for a action-packed , spicy , fast paced why choose pnr romance then you need to pick up this boxset. You will not be disappointed , I loved every second of Lennox and her guy's. Everyone of then are so different , I loved them all. Amazing five-star read that I would highly recommend.

Loved this book. It tells the story of Lennox who is bullied in school. She meets new guys as they transferred from another school. She finds out she is a supernatural but doesn't know what kind. Read to find out. This is the complete series now and a great deal at that. Highly recommend the series!

Lennox a mimic, Calev a gargoyle, Van a vampire, Lachlan a bear shifter, Aeson a Mage and Tristan a Fate. I really enjoyed this series. Although this omnibus of six books was a chonky beast, it was a great read and I found myself crying and laughing as these six tried to find their place in their world.

Made it halfway into this book and I’m just ready to move onto the new one. It’s a really good series and I adore this author, but I wasn’t expecting it to be so long. I will definitely eventually come back to finish. And it was a good series. (47%)

This book was so good it brought all my favorite things about a fantasy book together and was just a great read overall. I loved how the MC took control over life and did not let it get her down and also how she developed over the course of all the books. You should definitely read this book.

DNF 7% like an 8th grader wrote it. If I read "hot guys" one more time. Like 50x in 7% of a book.. I was gonna throw my kindle. I started reading the FMC in a airhead valley girl accent in my head and I was just done. Good luck!

Just loved the characters in this series. I think it’s targeted at YA but has dark themes and some sexy scenes. I loved how they all grew and all the supporting characters. I binged all 6 in 2 days

I really tried, gave it 100 pages, but I couldn't finish this. The premise is good, but execution is not. The dialog is unbelievable, no one talks like that. The FMC is so naive/immature it's annoying. Should have trusted other reviews saying this

Fantastic storytelling
I really enjoyed this series. Great in depth characters and a good plot line. I had a bit of a letdown with how short the resolution of the last big bad guy went down but other than that it was a great series to read.
