And it manages to hold your attention throughout.
The book makes for a very short, quick read. The title suits the book to a T. It's all about exhaling, and the book shows you how. Midway through the book, I felt like throwing it at the wall. Good thing I didn't do it because it was on my Kindle. :-p I didn't wanted to throw it because it was bad, barely moving, frustrating or irritating but more to the likes of 'WHAT!! How could you do that? I mean how? No no no no no no no! This can't be possible. There must be some mistake. It will all change.' But oh well. *sigh* It was like a bomb that went boom in my face. And it sort of made me go into a screaming frenzy (thank God, internal, otherwise I would have been in an asylum by now.) and then sadly, reluctantly resigned to face the facts.
The plot is good, the characters super and the story unravels at a good speed. No editing flaws. Just a sad, sad story. *sob*
Life moves on, Katie, even in times when we don’t want it to the most. With every inhale, we have to exhale. That can apply to life sometimes too, and we have to take in just as much as we have to let go.The (Slight) Downside: I’m not sure if this was because I converted my original review copy to Kindle format, but at times the sentences would be broken or run-on, which was distracting for me. This shouldn’t be a problem if you’re using Amazon or B&N to buy the book though!
