Courting the Darkness Saga Continues…Dangerous
Sherry Lambert is a little tired of her mundane “normal” life. Other than being a witch, nothing remotely exciting ever happens to her. That is until she receives a phone call from Desiree. Suddenly she’s sucked into a lifestyle she’s never known full of excitement and danger.
Drake Bouvier is king. He has reigned as king for the last three hundred years. No one tells him no and remains healthy. Handsome, arrogant, and ruthless, he is a vampire accustomed to taking what he wants—he wants Sherry.

From the moment their eyes meet there is an attraction. Sherry’s excited to meet the hot new guy at her friend’s door until she finds out he’s a vampire. She is looking for a little excitement, but this is a little more than she bargained for. Her friend Desiree’s warning to stay away from Drake only fuels her curiosity, drawing her in despite her best intentions.

From the moment he catches her scent he knows her for who she is—his life mate. He isn’t letting anyone stand in his way, especially Desiree.

Danger and excitement comes from every witch hunters, shape shifters, enemy clans, and an old prophecy yet to be fulfilled. Can Sherry resist the temptations of the flesh and promise of excitement to just walk away? Will he even let her? Will they even survive the next couple of days? — Dangerous

I really enjoyed this book! It's a fast read, action-packed, and very entertaining. Dangerous is the second book in the Courting the Darkness Saga. I had read the first book and really enjoyed it. When I was offered the chance to review the second book, I jumped at the chance. Even if you have not read the first book in the series, you will not be left out. The author does a great job filling you in on the back story to catch you up to speed. If you like witches, werewolves, and hot studly vampires that bring highly erotic images to mind, you will love this book. Ms. Fuller writes with passion and clarity and allows you to see the perspective of more than one person. She does this in a way that does not confuse the reader, which is hard to do. I hope she continues with the series and writes a story for Caleb too. Even rakish werewolves need to find love too!

Dangerous is definitely a catchy read. It has excitement, danger, and of course it has some sex. I was thrilled to have the chance to read this novel.

Sherry is a local witch. She lives a very ordinary life and has no idea how important she really is. When her friend comes back they have much to talk about but what she didn't expect was the sudden attraction to the new guy that walked through the door.

Drake is king of the local vampires. He is handsome and mysterious. Her friend urges her to stay away from him, he's dangerous, but she just can't stop the pull toward him and he doesn't fully give her a chance to walk away.

The only thing I would have like to see would have been more courting between Sherry and Drake. If you are looking for a sexy, fun, and dangerous ride then Dangerous is definitely for you.

Karen Fuller’s “Dangerous”—book 2 in the “Courting the Darkness Saga”—is the sexy and stunning continuation of the erotic paranormal romance saga. Replete with vampires, shape shifters, and witches, “Dangerous” is fraught with evil villains, sexual tension, and overwhelming alpha males who think they know everything. What’s a girl to do? She gets a little dangerous, and Fuller writes dangerous “bad girls” with her own charming flair. Although the primary focus of “Dangerous” is Drake and Sherry’s love story, Fuller continues the storylines of other beloved characters including Mica, Desiree, and Caleb. “Dangerous” is full of mystery, emotion, eroticism, and so many plot twists readers will be on the edge of their seats. Vampires shape shifters, and witches may be formidable…but the “Courting the Darkness Saga” is utterly fulfilling and downright dangerous.

I absolutely loved this book! I need to get the first book in the series and then the rest of them. I had intended to start reading this book when I first added it to my currently reading shelf but things interfered and I did not get to it until today. This is one of those CAN NOT PUT DOWN books! I started reading and it grabbed me and I could not stop. I read it all this afternoon and I would recommend it to anyone! I already recommended it to my husband and a few others...

Meet Sherry - a witch who is tired of her "normal" life. Meet Drake - a vampire king for the last 300 years. Sherry is warned to stay away from him but that only makes her more determined to see him. Drake knows from the minute he sees her that she is his mate. A definite must read to see what happens between these two. Would definitely recommend as a must read. Congrats Karen Fuller
