This book has a lot of good activities for elementary age kids up to pre-teen. The lessons help start conversations with kids about the topics covered. When using this book I often work through 2 or 3 lessons during each sessions. I also recommend adding games during the session. The lessons alone do not hold kids attention most of the time. Topics covered include talking about feelings, honesty, and how our actions effect others.

A great book for conversation starters, but some of the approaches are lacking in application (eg - “Everyone loves a smiling person!”). Definitely keeping for reference, but the use will be modified from the original intent.
