I loved "God's Loving Word". I definitely have a better understanding and insight into the Book of John. And saw in a new light the love, patience and compassion of Jesus for his disciples and for us.

Excellent!
Ray Stedman’s guidance and commentary of John’s account gives a clear pricture of the love of Jesus; that his love is different, unlike ourselves. I know and understand the love of Jesus more through my time reading this book. I also appreciated that Ray often brought in pertinent accounts from the other gospels to make the meaning clearer.

An excellent commentary on the gospel of John!!! Highly recommended! I marked many passages.

Excellent detailed look into one of my favorite books. He also includes and contrasts with the other gospel writers.
